Sishya Hotels & 1BHK Service Apartment - OMR IT Expressway

I recently stayed at Sishya Service Apartment, and overall, it was a decent experience. The biggest highlight was the service. The staff was extremely responsive, always available, and took care of everything efficiently. Whether it was housekeeping, maintenance, or any requests, they handled them promptly and with professionalism. The rooms, however, were just okay. They were clean and functional, but they could use some improvement in terms of comfort and amenities. The kitchen was another area that felt a bit lacking--it had only basic utensils, which was fine for simple meals but not ideal for those who prefer cooking. Despite these minor drawbacks, the overall stay was comfortable, thanks to the excellent service. If you're looking for a place with great hospitality and don't mind a modest setup, this could be a good option.

The bathroom is very clean. Bathroom being clean is very important and it says how much care the Owners have put. Hats off to Owners for maintaining the house good. AC, TV, Fridge.. all appliances worked good. The location is inside but I had no trouble in getting Taxis or swiggy food delivery. Having a working kitchen is added plus though we did not use it when we visited. There were mosquitos but we got mosquito coil with us and had sound sleep. I will recommend Owners to install mosquito net in kitchen vent.

Never ever mistaken to book the property, don't go on rating it's the fake ratings given by owners only. Very uncomfortable beds your even can not sleep, full of mosquitos, located very in depth of residential area. You can't think about any Market or restaurant near by. Room cleaning timings are very odd 11 to 2 pm or 5 to 7 pm, if you are coming for business trip please be aware. There is no service of food Do not trust the any policy mentioned by owners while booking because the owner is greedy as per them the policy is what we want not the customer. I have booked this property for 10 nights and when I checked in it's completely different from what shown in images then I requested cancellation as per the policy of paying 1 night charge and the owner asked 15k which is 50% of booking amount to cancel. The property is not worth even inr 1000 for a night. It's a third class flat. Please do not compare with any hotel.

I stayed with my family for more than a week days. Service was nice. Some small shops were located nearby for daily items. Price was relatively OK for the area. Only bike can be parked inside while street parking is available for the car.

I had a delightful and enjoyable stay here. I was truly impressed by the meticulous maintenance of the property. Although I didn't use the fully equipped kitchen but it was readily available. The building is well-maintained and the staff is always willing to provide any necessary support. Overall, it's beautiful apartment that comes fully equipped with everything you need.

Cozy 1 bhk service apartment with private kitchen situated in the hub of thoraipakkam,OMR, Chennai. We stayed here for one month and had a peaceful and pleasant stay. Found it budget friendly ,safe and reasonably priced. Kitchen was equipped with gas stove and regular cookware essentials. Caretakers were readily available for daily cleaning services and change of bed linen. Apartment had a common washing machine at the terrace which can be used free of cost.Will recommend this place for short and long stay

Happy with 2 days stay. All facilities provided in room are good. Can improve Lift service Lot of Mosquitoes. Poor Wifi connection. No lights at washing machine area at night. AC with full of dust accumulated.

Unpretentious quaint little clean apartment. Had a comfortable two days stay. Caretaker leema is a helpful lady. Recommended for families. Safe neighborhood. Kitchen and utensils are available for those who wish to cook. My suggestion for improvement is regarding the provision of good quality comforters/duvets in each room. The present ones felt substandard quality wise. Also, the location is a bit far from the main road and cabs aren't that easily accessible especially from this area. Overall, a pleasant stay.
