Park Plaza Chennai OMR

Superb hospitality. I was made to feel special from the moment I arrived until I checked out . ||Special thanks to Pandu,Monisha and Pinky on the front desk for always smiling and being patient with me. Also the security guards, so helpful and attentive. ||Hotel spotlessly clean and modern. Swimming pool is a blessing in this heat.||Great location for me to see friends who work at the various techno parks round here. ||Breakfast good and a varied choice. ||This is now my go to hotel when I visit Chennai.

The rooms were quite comfortable except some minor issues like not working sockets in the work table and old sanitary ware not maintained properly. The shower and health faucets opening choked with dust particles and items were not working as per their intend. During checkout asked for the feedback form but the reception staff denied and asked to write feedback/complaint on a blank page which shows they don't want to improve at all.

The hotel overall is decent ,especially if you're on a business trip. The food though could be better ,more inclusive of the entire map of India.|The housekeeping staff is well behaves, professional and quick to respond.|Came across a few of them, viz. Afroj, Gobu, Mugilan, Dimbajyoti, all of them were very helpful and well trained.

An exceptional stay from start to finish. The house keeping service was truly outstanding and perfectly organized by Mr. GOBU, MR.DIMBA & MR.AROJ. Genuinely enhanced the comfort and luxury of station. Moreover, From breakfast to dinner, the variety of taste exceeded the expectations.

Park Plaza is an oasis on OMR, away from the dust and noise on the highway outside. Staff are very polite and helpful. For long term guests the staff are willing to customize food orders and other services . ||For example Silu from housekeeping provided excellent service. He changed towels and sheets everyday and checked regularly to see if we needed anything. ||Would recommend the hotel to visitors with work in OMR.

Very Good Experience. Especially the staffs are very polite and helpful. Interacted with BABINA and SITHIK and had really good time talking with them. Both of them are very hardworking and very proactive with their work. Kept on asking if i need something during the breakfast buffet. Apprised their hard work.

I have stayed here few weeks back and i wish never to come back to this property ever again. Front office staff is very average in service, there is no warmth in their behaviour. In the restaurant i had to wait on the table for cutlery, no one came to serve water even but they were all there. At last I had to go and get it from another table myself. I requested for one chilli chicken, they made it soo spicy that my tears started rolling down and I was feeling burning sensation at chest. When I told one of the staff there he laughed at me and asked "couldn't eat mam , very spicy!" I don't know how it could be a matter of joke or laugh to anyone. I left the table without finishing my food and I had a banana which I was carrying with me that night. Customer service is absolutely invisible here, neither the front office staff nor the staffs at restaurant was courteous.

Special thanks Syedali, muskan for making every room clean and comfortable for every customer. Hats off to their hardwork. And All the hotel staffs are very kind and helpful also the food that they serve here is outstanding... I will highly suggest this hotel
