I had the worst experience of my life today, all because I trusted Booking.com. After receiving a confirmed booking, I traveled for hours to the hotel, only to be told in a few words that no rooms were available and that I should "contact the booking site." No help, no alternative--just left stranded, wondering where to go next. Is this the kind of experience you expect customers to have? The way the receptionist handled the situation was completely unprofessional. This raises a serious question--how can we trust your platform for any future bookings? How do you plan to address this issue? I know you'll likely respond with an apology, but that won't prevent this from happening to others. Please take action against such hotels or staff to protect your brand's reputation and ensure customer trust.

Nice stay. Quality is good. Can be better. Location is nice and near for our visited location. The housekeeping staff Mr. Saurav is a nice person. Recommended definitely.

The hotel manager and staff were so irresponsible that even after booking the room previous and having multiple conversations with them after booking,they have allocated to other person.When I had to checkin ,they said all rooms are booked and denied the conversations. Not loyal and rude behaviour.

Nice place when compared to other hotels in chennai for this cost, its own oyo property so no extra charges, So you can book it through the app and it's quite better.
