This is hotel best is their service and location is near old bus stand .. but rooms are okk.. and rooms are available ac and non ac ..

This hotel charges 1700 for single occupancy, but there are no service staff. You have to go downstairs to get your own items, including the remote and blankets. There is no elevator, so you need to use the stairs from the second floor to get what you need. Poor service

AC Room is Good and When we insist to give the Blankets and Towel, they were giving that or else they are not giving it. No Drinking water is available, just they are giving a 1 litre of corporation water. Bathroom Doors are not closed. AC is going there also :) Worth for the charges. Good.

This month 7th i stayed there. Very worst experience. In 2nd floor intercom is in without connection. I send the photo of passage to 2nd floor.

Poor customer service. Ac is not working and very bad, in condition. TV is not working. Room is not clean. Floors are very sticky. Walls are very dirty. Bathroom light is not working. Bathroom buckets are broken. No response after informing also. Please don't ever think of staying in this type of worst hotel and waste your money

Rooms r not well maintained ...service really waste...2,3 times we stayed here ...but this time really we don't like to stay there...

Rooms are not clean. Open windows facing outside world. Expensive compared to other hotels

Don't ever step into this hotel. Useless service. Reception staff was arrogant, It's just a name sake AC hotel. The AC is useless, No hot water available. Not worth the price. Worst experience in this hotel. We stayed for 2 days and very arrogant behaviour of staffs is not acceptable. No proper lighting.
