Worst Breakfast! Complementary breakfast is like Free meals in Satrams, worst taste, they service like The breakfast area is full of Urine smell, Chutney is Watery Sambar No Taste, Basically Zero Taste Rooms are OK Very Bad experience

Prominent, old hotel in Tuticorin. Demolition and construction going on at the backend of hotel. Have to park cars there. Rooms are big but very dated.

Its old hotel .. some rooms are under renovation.. morning breakfast was included in the room. But we felt the service was not that good.. only 4 dishes were kept .. not refilled filled enough.. for room stay also .. drinking water also not kept. Looks like they are saving money like this.. overall it's a ok stay at the centre of the city

A once famous hotel falling apart. Poor maintenance of rooms. Food is decent.

DO NOT GO FOR LUNCH. ONLY GO DURING DINNER TIME! Latest review (3 September 2024): Visited for lunch (based on the good experience we got during dinner previously) and got the worst experience. The dining hall was empty in the peak lunch hour. Though the fried rice prepared fresh, something was lacking. Their mutton biriyani was our favourite in Thoothukudi but what we received is not as per their mark. Moreover, a housefly also found in mutton biriyani and we immediately returned the food. Similarly, there are two options for the bar. The food is a highlight, especially the mutton biryani and fried rice dishes. The flavors are rich and the meat is tender. The parotta is also fresh and delicious. While the gravy comes at an extra cost, the tandoori naan and roti are freshly prepared and tasty. The prices are slightly higher than some local restaurants but lower than premium options. The hotel's location is a major advantage. Although parking is limited, the service staff is attentive and helpful.
