One of the best 3 star hotel which is near to new bus stand..... If you go with family inwill suggest it was at its best... They offers u a complimentary breakfast also...... No doubt on rooms hygiene and their service... Little bit costly ... But compared to other hotels if u add some more money then u can have a peaceful stay.....

Compact rooms. Good service by staffs. Food quality is normal. Walkable distance from old Bus stand. Compact halls are available for small meetings and parties like get together, flowering ceremony, naming ceremony

Very Close to Old Bus stand. Had good rooms and attached restaurant, Bar. Serves Good breakfast and other food in restaurant is also good. Those looking for calm location should check out others options

The stay was fantastic with friends on a official visit, stayed here for 6 days , nice room ,nice services. Restaurant services for meals is too much good, staff is good , fantastic foods delivery in room at affordable prices.

I am stay in this hotel but his room service is very worst.no any person response.i am order morning one coffe morning 7.30 but coffe is not received 8.20 am again call for coffee but 9 am passed till time coffee not received and also no any person given service. So my request do not book hotel and also I am in corporate customer.this type service i can not expect this hotel and my view is hotel service are very very worst.

We booked three rooms last week. Firstly the rooms were not neat and tidy and there were cigarette and liquor smell all over the place right from the lifts. The restaurant also had very poor dishes the sandwich was a total disaster and the chicken kothu parotta was too much spicy and we have to throw both in the dust bin. The room ac too didn't work at midnight properly and we have to sleep with fan only. Totally we have a disgusting experience. We will never reach this property again.

Value for the money. Ample car parking space. Front desk people are so friendly and accommodative. This property is in the centre of the town.

Hi Raj Hotel Management, ||I wish to bring to your attention my recent dining experience at your establishment. On February 8, 2025, I dined at your restaurant, Grace, where I ordered a Arun Cassata Cake. To my surprise, the cake was charged at Rs 143, although the MRP of the product is only Rs 80. Upon raising this concern with manager Thiyagarajan, I was met with rude behavior and was told to pay the amount as priced. ||However, after escalating the issue and requesting for the cake to be canceled, the bill was manually adjusted. I have attached a copy of the revised bill for your reference. The behavior and attitude displayed by manager Thiyagarajan were completely unacceptable and unprofessional for the hospitality industry.||I would like to inquire how your establishment justifies charging customers more than the MRP, as this practice goes against the legal metrological act. While I understand pricing variations for in-house products, it is unethical to cheat customers for temporary profits.||Thank you for your attention to this matter. ||Regards, |Rammy Niran
