A good hotel near proximity to the old bus stand and railway station. Room and attached bathroom were clean and well maintained. Little drawback is, no kitchen/restaurant facilty is there.

Furthermore, I take great offense to being referred to as intoxicated, as I am a non-alcoholic and find this assumption not only insulting but also unacceptable. I urge you to take immediate action to address these issues, including ensuring accurate room allocation and descriptions, providing proper ventilation in all rooms, and refraining from making assumptions about customers. Never book a room here thru any apps... their communication and coordination us worst in the world. I booked thru make my trip but they denied room mentioning that it's full .. The reception guy has zero courtesy or empathy... shrude to the core. Did not even support in the refund process.. worst management

"The room was in very poor condition. Upon entering, it was filled with the smell of cigarettes, and the restroom heater did not work properly; it stayed on for only one minute before shutting off. I'm unsure if there was a separate control for the heater and the outdoor AC unit. The AC remote they provided only had on and off functions and was set to fan mode only; it could not be adjusted. Despite keeping the AC on for over an hour, the temperature did not decrease, and there was no chilliness. When I asked the receptionist to change rooms, the same issue occurred on the second floor. I felt that my hard-earned money, Rs. 2100, was wasted, and my time was not valued. I left early as the stay was not worth the cost. Despite informing the receptionist two days prior that I wanted a non-smoking room and that the AC and heater should work without issues, I encountered numerous problems. There seems to be a lack of concern for customer satisfaction and value for money. I advise others to consider my honest review before booking this hotel. Room were very clean and Room service too was good, will highly recommend this hotel.

This property is located in the heart of the city, but in off main road which totally reduces sound and dust pollution. Good service by staff. Very quick check in procedure. Well connected to all the business places in the city. Both vegetarian and non vegetarian restaurants are available nearby. Small parking area is available.

The room was allocated in the 3rd floor. The hotel has lift facility only to 2nd floor. So had to climb up. The steps were too steep for us aged 67 and 65. The room was too crampy. A room suitable for normally a single bed is given as a room for a double bed. The geyser in the bathroom was not working. The room allocated had connectivity doors to adjacent rooms. Our night stay was very uncomfortable with the noise from the adjacent rooms. The connectivity entries need to be made sound proof. There was no courtesy accommodation for drivers. Plus car parking in property is limited - max 3 cars. The road entry/exit points from the main road to the property is always parked with 2 wheelers making driving the car in and out very risky - requires special driving skill to be safe.

A well maintained room and no kiosk during our check in. The cost of the rooms are affordable without complimentary breakfast. Located at the very to old bus terminus just a 5 to 6 minutes of auto drive
