The location was good. The rooms and toilets were neat. I requested the bedspread and the pillow covers to be changed as I found stains and hair in them. They immediately got it done. The staff is very courteous and ready to help anytime. The complimentary breakfast buffet was fantastic. The variety was good and the food was very tasty. Would recommend this hotel for a peaceful stay.

I recently stayed at this hotel in Tuticorin for two nights. Overall, my experience was positive with a few areas that need improvement. The hotel itself is very well-maintained and makes a good impression. The room where we stayed had a pleasant ambience and was comfortable for our short stay. The highlight of my experience was definitely the food - particularly the breakfast, which was excellent in both quality and variety. The staff were attentive and provided good service throughout our stay. However, we noticed they seemed a bit reserved and rarely smiled during interactions. Some additional training in customer service could enhance the warmth of their otherwise efficient service. There were two minor issues with the room: the bed linens appeared to be dirty or not properly changed, and the bathroom lacked a floor mat, which would have been useful. Despite these small drawbacks, I enjoyed my stay and would consider returning to this hotel when visiting Tuticorin again, especially for their outstanding food offerings.

I really had a good time staying in this hotel. The hotel was renovated few months back and they maintain the rooms very well. The housekeeping come for cleaning daily. And the hotel food was tasty. The food was bit costly but still it was okay due to the rooms standard...

At first, we booked for a one night stay. But after experiencing the beautiful stay, we extended it to one more night. The rooms were crystal clear and we never expected that much cleanliness all over the place. All the amenities were very good. The room service was always on time and satisfactory. Every staff (front office attendants, managers, room service staff and security guards) was courteous and polite. The food was good tasting. On the whole, we really loved the stay at DSF Grand Plaza and we would love to choose this place for our future stays too.!

DSF Grand Plaza, 4021 (sea view), 2 nights. Centrally located hotel without chic and design circus to explore the city on foot. As it is mainly business travelers who stay here, the hotel has a good standard in terms of cleanliness and room furnishings. The bathroom seems to have been renovated in the recent past. There is secure parking for bicycles. Indian good breakfast, but the service is a bit hesitant and the tea and coffee are actually undrinkable. In summary: the hotel has everything you would expect from a well-run hotel.

First time staying here and it was for a occasion of shock having lost a loved one, but I have to mention , from the time of calling to make a reservation, till check out. Hospitality and service will be a reason to always come back here. Mr Shamsunder and Mr Raja helping us with everything we needed and the staff of room service - Mr Surrendran and all other staff at the breakfast area too. Thank you for understanding our situation and making it comfortable. Just to mention in room 2021 - the sink water flow needs to be checked , there is some clogging issues and a handle bar to be added in the shower area to avoid slipping and falling when floor is wet.

Well organised Hotel, from the time recieving guest upto giving send off., the way response from the room service crew it's excellent, room was peaceful for attending meeting by WiFi connection.
