Hotel Vaani Villa

I am a tour guide visiting madurai often, and Today I booked a room for 2 nights at this hotel.This was a terrible experience for me, when I went for check inn they gave a room 104 ,the bed had a spring damage and was bended inside, sheets and duets where fully unclean and were re used without washing. I dont know why the hotel is doing this as the stains were visible. then they said they'll give another room and I took my luggages and went 1st floor to 204 . when the room was opened by the receptionist it was not cleaned at all, someone just left the room. If they don't even know which room is cleaned and which is unclean what is the meaning of keeping staff and running a business? it was very bad experience and was a waste of time for me.. I hope the management takes little more care into it. I write this review cause I dnt want this bad experience to happen for other guests and to notify the management what is happening there.

The one and only notable point about the hotel is the attitude and approach of the staff members. Everything else is below average. Location is not at all great. Limited Parking space for four wheelers is there. Room is just average. Bathroom door didn't have even a handle . The bottom side of the bathroom door was damaged . There was a foul smell inside the bathroom. It was there till we checked out.. After midnight diesel generator was on and the foul smell of the smoke was felt inside our room even though the room was air-conditioned. Free Breakfast was provided. Breakfast was not bad at all. As a whole just a below average experience except the behaviour of the staff.

Everything Well and good. During Customers handling politeness and humble. Lunch, Dinner, Breakfast all good. Towel,Soap,sampoo they provided extra. There is no extra STAR in Google, if it is there i will provide 100stars.

Helpful staff and hotel near Thiruparankundram I stayed in this hotel with my family and the rooms and bathrooms were clean. The staff was helpful and arranged us dinner when we reached the hotel at late night 10:45 pm. They were kind enough to get us dinner. The hotel is 1km away from temple. While check out, they arranged an auto for us to reach the temple. I really appreciate the staff who were customer friendly.

This place is located 2km away from Thirupurankundram temple and just behind Thiyagaraja college. There are 14 rooms in total well maintained neat and clean, staff are courteous, the place is very quiet and calm. They also run a restaurant food is decent and charges are very nominal. Room service is also available. No toiletries were provided, looks like they missed to keep one in the washroom. Intercom did not work, Only one water bottle was provided for a triple occupancy room. Parking space is very limited not more than 4 cars can be accommodated

Too far from city. Service is awful, Rooms are like very bad, no water in the washroom, no proper restaurant, no proper parking. Somone wake us up at 4am so that he can remove his car. My suggestion find some other place if you want Shanti during your holidays.

advantages 1. nearby to temple around 1.5 km 2. car parking facility. 3. complimentary break fast 4. hot water disadvantages 1. roads to the hotel are not good. 2. rooms are not clean, door handle bit broken. 3. no charging point nearby bed 4. water leakage in shower 5. complimentary breakfast is not satisfactory 6.no lift facility, have to go 2nd floor for breakfast through steps, aged people will find difficulty. Overall the money we spend is not worth...not suitable for family stay..

The road to this place is pathetic. The rooms are okayish. The pricing is quite steep for that locality. There is room service only for dinner and nothing in between. Even though they have close to 12+ rooms there is car parking for a max of 4 cars. The rest have to be parked at the owner's risk or use paid parking in an open plot nearby. Overall a decent stay for family but nothing special.
