Hotel BK SAN

Room is decent, the cleanliness is below par. You can see dead cockroach everywhere. Furthermore, the management is not that great. I was assigned a room which gets locked if you simply come out and you can not open it back. The electronic key module is broken and does not work. Unfortunately I'd kept the (physical)key inside the room and I locked myself outside on a fine morning. The management did not have a spare key for this room neither the electronic key for this room never works. I stayed outside the room for more than 1 hour. That is my experience in this stay. I wish they improve.

We had stayed here for a couple of days for a marriage, the location is good, it is just on the main road and the rooms were cozy. The service was ok but the reception folks were very friendly and happy to help.

Neat, clean, and spacious, but the digital lock was not working properly. Had to call service to get the masterkey every time we went out and came back. Very next to the bus stop. It's easily accessible. Felt it was pricey for location away from city.

Best place for a long stay ... All the staffs are very respectful & kind. Especially Mr. Ramesh, a good soul & helpful throughout the stay . Every day room cleaning & no compromise with hygiene & worth the money for a comfortable stay. Would definitely stay again in the future.

Worst customer service. Worst and rude reception. Rooms are not worth the cost. No parking space. I regret the stay.

Service is good but maintenance should be improved.. pests like cockroach, mosquitoes and lizard need to be controlled.. mosquitoes were too many at night due to which proper sleep is not ensured.. complimentary breakfast has been removed.. however many hotels are available nearby.. room service for dinner available from attached hotel on additional payment basis.. the tv setup box was given only on demand.. however the channels were cut down after only less than 1 hour of watching and the instruction was to recharge the setup box.. overall little bit costly for the services ..

I'm a girl, but felt all safe. Good men and good hospitality!

Room was very good Receptionists are very good and ramesh is the guy who helped me a lot.
