Booked a single room -- got complimentary mosquitoes as company. Enjoyed a world-class intercom that doesn't actually work. Experienced a water heater that heroically refuses to heat water. Relaxed in a restroom that redefines the meaning of "cleanliness." Room service is available -- if you don't mind calling four times and still waiting like a VIP.

Terrible Experience - Avoid at All Costs!** We were a group of 11 members who visited this town for pilgrimage. We had pre booked rooms in this hotel. Our stay here was a complete disaster. The rooms were filthy, poorly maintained, and infested with mosquitoes--making it impossible to rest. To make things worse, check-in took **3 agonizing hours** due to inefficiency and zero regard for guests' time, eventhough we pre booked and paid the money days earlier. There were 3 female staffs at the reception who gave our pre-booked rooms to someone else and made us to wait for hours. Don't know whether the owner is aware of all these happenings. Those reception staff were outright rude, offering no assistance or apology for the delays. This was, without a doubt, the **worst hotel experience** I've ever had. Save your money and time--stay anywhere else. ---

Nice hotel to stay safely at Thiruvarur. We stayed two days. If we take bath early in the mornings its difficult to have hot water. The atmosphere and restaurant are ok. Food tasts ok. Having awesome garden in the terrace. Nice experience.

Neat and Clean., Very well Maintance and Good Room Service. Highly Recommend. Tariff also Fair.. Impressed in Room service. Restaurant food also good.

Went for tea and used rest room. Tea coffee below average. Snacks good. Rest room... Unhygienic. If u cannot maintain cleanliness please.....

We went this time for lunch and dinner. They have a very good parking with the security guiding you to park. The food is very good and nominal.

Don't be surprised if you share the AC room with a few mosquito friends. You may get Hot water after you waste a bucket of water. We were unable to sleep because of the uninvited mosquito friends, our next day was ruined.

This hotel is very close to old bus stand. Room is decent and clean. They have both Ac and Non Ac rooms and price is average. And they have a restaurant inside the lodge as well.
