HOTEL MMA THIRUVARUR

The Hotel STAY at HOTEL MMA was the most superb, pleasant & prestigious experience I have ever had in Tamil Nadu! Located in a strategic location in the heart of THIRUVARUR city, its a perfect place with out-reach to several essential amenities! The rooms were amazingly spacious and clean! The beds were very comfortable and the toiletries were luxurious! Very creative designs throughout the Hotel! The Manager Gurunathan is devoted to his job. He is tremendously professional and approachable. He is forthcoming to answer queries and leans forward to advise. He is a blessing for the Hotel MMA Management!

Dont recommand this place... Worst behavior of manager. Not safety for women guest. Service is very very poor. Main negative of this place is that hotel manager. Disrespect behavior of manager. If u ask for any basic needs he will say vacate the room. My personal experience took place on 10.6.2023. Manager will enter your room with out your permission. Fully money minded.

Message to hotel management about horrible MANAGER !!! *Worst customer service ever* ! Money Minded Manager !!! The incident took place today February 2 2023. The manager handling Hotel MMA TVR does not know the meaning of customer service! The way he talks to the guests is disrespectful, especially to the female guests (my sister in law , Bangalore) who have been for 3 days and who don't know Tamil very well. The people who called and introduced themselves as MMA headquarters were very nice and professional to get feedback !! but they don't know the behavior of the manager who handling the hotel. It is with a heavy heart that I write this review !!!! I request the management of MMA hotel to kindly monitor the activities and give few basic service tips to that Manager !!! Other than that Housekeeping 5 Stars , good ambiance !!

Stayed over there due to an official training program. Rooms are pretty luxury in comparison with other business hotels. Room service is worth praising. The staff are really jovial and they make you feel homely. Overall experience is very good.

Quite a decent place for the price. Aircon, TV and heater were all working fine. Nice staff who asked what you want. The bed was large and comfortable. Highly recommended.

Do not recommend this place. Booked this in last minute as we're left with no other option as other lodging places were fully booked . This place doesn't possess a proper lodging environment rather just a building with plain rooms and bathrooms with tv and other things - mosquitos too. Don't know about the safety of this place as the rooms in group floor do not even have a grill gate next to the actual door. And coming to the rent! Rs 1100 for non A/C!!! I have stayed in far better lodges than this for much cheaper rate. They just took the opportunity to loot. P.S The location doesn't have good network too. So it's basically like you are trapped.

Its was very excellent compare with other hotels in thiruvarur Good parking facilities and neat and clean floor Price was very Offordable and staffs are very friendly and helpfull
