Hi all, we were planning to visit 12 padal petra sthalams in and around thiruvaiyaru on 12.7.24. For that reason we chosen this hotel for stay. Very very poor hotel. One rude and old office manager is there with one lady receptionist. His behavior with all guests are very worst. I request the hotel management to take action on this. Rooms: First they gave room number 105 and AC was not working there and did not produce even little cool and we forced them to give alternative room. Next, they gave room no 104. Here, AC was working but the rooms are dusted and bad smelling. Toilet lights were not working. Food: Kindly avoid taking food here.Insteed. you can find the good vegetarian hotels in nearby bus stand with low price. They have 10 rooms only. They charged Rs.3100 for 3 persons. This is too much high for this type of hotel. Actually we were searching the hotels in thiruvaiyaru through online. We wrongly chosen this hotel by seeing the external appearance in online. Positives: Good atmosphere around hotel Noise free environment Easy access point to reach all the sivan temples around thiruvaiyaru. This is the worst hotel but best position in other worst hotels in thiruvaiyaru. Alternate: instead of staying here, you can find some best hotels in kumbakonam or thanjavur. We thanks to that lady receptionist for her good and polite attitude.

We were in the middle of travelling and had to stay for a night to visit nearby Chandran Temple & Thiruvaiaru. Location of this resort is close to both, ample car parking space, food and service is Okay, Rooms are pretty decent seems they had some recent changes made on the door and washrooms. But still you can see the aging of the rooms, and cleanliness needs to be taken care of. Overall it's good to stay for a shorter duration and the location is more convenient to connect with major places around.

Best resort to stay in thiruvaiyaru. Located in a beautiful place. Nice ambiance. Rooms are big.Restaurant also attached. Amazing food. The taste was top notch. A very safe place for family. Car parking available. Overall it was nice experience for us.

Costly but good. Located 5 km away from Thiruvaiyaru. Nearby Town is Thiruvaiyaru only. 3 km away from Thingaloor Chandran temple. The property is located inside a coconut farm. Restaurant on demand only .

The place was pretty good. Quiet environment. Friendly staff. Well maintained. I just stayed for one night and was busy outside the hotel most of the time. So I cannot comment much on the varieties of food. However I had curd rice during my stay and it was prepared really well. The AC seemed a little lower powered considering the size of the rooms. Overall it was a very good stay.

Water colour is black. You can feel the itching problem. No maintenance. Even closets are dirty. We have stayed on 26 to 27 March 2023. My humble request to those searching Accomodation near Thiruvaiyaru kindly neglect this Hotel. My sincere advise is don't come to the conclusion of judging the external appearance of the hotel.

First things first - please note this property is not in proper Tanjore. It is about 20 Kms. away from Tanjore. It is actually suitable for people who have a car at their disposal and are visiting/staying in Thiruvaiyaru, famous for Sri Thyagaraja Swamy's samadhi and the annual music festival. ||||I had to stay in Thiruvaiyaru for a couple of days and found this to be the only suitable option. ||||Good property - spacious rooms that are clean and neat, good bed and good washrooms. The service at best can be termed above average - this is primarily because they employ some senior citizens for the service roles and they have a serious language problem. Did not check out the food since I was in any case attending a wedding there :)||||The biggest advantage (for me) is the free high speed internet that the property provides. Helped me get through some urgent office work there. ||||If you have any reason to stay in Thiruvaiyaru and don't want to commute from Tanjore, this is the only AC and clean option. ||||Price obviously is on the higher side.

I stayed here during an emergency trip to Thiruvaiyaru. My FILs house in Thiruvaiyaru needed massive repairs and hence decide to stay here, considering the proximity to Thiruvaiyaru. I have previously stayed here in 2014. It is no longer the same hotel. The staff are so kind and loving. The place is still admirable. Beyond these two points, there are no positives. Lacks cleanliness, aging rooms, stuck doors, frequent voltage drops, swarming mosquitoes and air conditioning that's either a hit or miss. I believe the owners have stopped caring. It is disheartening to see such a good property being put on the path to slow deterioration.
