wait an hour for a single tea, for baby milk is also not available and not good, around 2 KM no proper tea shops/restaurant. AC cooling is not sufficient for that room. After being informed only the TV got recharged.. don't expect customers to be asked one by one, it should be readily available to use..Only Vicky(receptionists) is so responsible for all the queries.. I think the owner wants to make money with kalyan mandapa rooms so he made it as residency it seems..

All good, except lift is Missing, it is not for someone who is looking for lift. If you are young and ready to climb just one floor then this is the best bet. Close to temple. You can go outside and have food or you can order from Zomato

Horrible TV was not working refused to compensate Charged 2700 without tax Flimsy reason cable wire bitten by squirrel Forced to vacate .Now a customer care person called me the next day and he was more worried about the review rather than resolving the issue.In fact he told that he does not care about reviews.It is better people avoid going to this hotel as it is very far and also they will give lame excuses if they can't provide amenities

The place was very good...calm and peaceful...but they definitely need an in-house restaurant..the place is out of town and no good hotels are nearby... luckily Swiggy delivered...a bit in the higher end as far as the tariff goes...

Memorable stay for us , big rooms and comfortable, a small in-house restaurant might help ! But hotel is very nice

Went to swimming pool my grandson got injured in hands at children swimming pool, the steps are too sharp, moreover no first aid is available, we went to GH and get treatment, too much chlorine eyes felt itching, too many insects such as died frogs and bats inside water poor maintanence, 750 Rs we payed totally waste.

We visited here on 29th June 2024 to swimming pool. They charged rs 150 per head for 1 hour. Ambience is good. Length and depth of pool is medium. Steps available. No risk. Felt Chlorine-free swimming pool with thirupakundram mountain view. Currently they are doing renovation work for restrooms. So as of now we have to use restroom in entrace of security room.
