Hotel BRR

The hotel is very close to yhe famous Rahu temple. Hardly 2 minutes walk. Hotel is maintained very well and clean rooms and clean bathroom. Water is also clean and good. There are couple other temples near by as well. Worth it. There are many small eataries also ner by. Has ample space to park cars. Probably at a time 10 cars can be parked. I would recommend 10/10 for you to stay in hotel.

I took a single non- ac room. The location is great, close to Uppiliyappan temple, Thirunageswaram, may be 400 mts, in the market place. Room was okay for the discounted rate. Reception service was good, I thank the lady. Basic toiletries available. Clean but small room.

Dear Sir, ON 21Sep24 at around 1030 pm, I approached your front desk seeking a A/c Room for myself - 01 person. I was informed that for a Single person or Two persons, the rates are the same. I requested your front office person whether I could get any discount since I will be checking out by 1 pm in the afternoon the next day, which he flatly refused. I told him that by giving discount I could save on GST also, for which he replied that I looked like an educated person and trying to avoid tax. When I enquired about hot water in the room, he showed me the geyser and told me that I must know better after seeing this. Sir, your room was good, bed was spacious, A/c was good, soaps and shampoo were kept. I had a comfortable stay. However, the rude behaviour of your front office person, questioning the visit of a guest at 5 am in the morning is totally unwarranted, uncalled for, insulting and humiliating. I request you to counsel the person.

Most unhygienic room with fungus on pillow n bedsheets. It's filled with mold and smelly washrooms. Not good option for family.

The rooms were decent and it was maintained clean both inside and outside the room.

very worst experience staff behavior worst no friendly no RO water monopoly strict at check out time they no give any refreshment room at emergency check out time around this locations many stay rooms available with ac or non ac .so book at visiting time. Don't consider this for peace full stay at temple place.
