Hotel Park Palace

This hotel is located opposite the bus stand and also has neat and proper AC and non AC rooms. It also has a parking space. It follows a 24 hrs check-in and check-out policy.

Stayed here while attending cousins wedding. Situated opposite to the busstand is great. Staff here are little rude and non responsive .... We booked more than 10 rooms.... Booking valid by 2 PM till next day 12 PM. If some guest stays more than 12 PM for night trains /bus, the hotel staff will themselves ask them to vacate, instead of informing to booking person. This kind of activity created misunderstandings b/w relatives....

Wrost manager little careless behavior.. They don't even give water. Bathroom are dirty. Toilet ceat is little broken. Slightly wrost experience

950-Ac room price rooms will be dirty ok but after even u come they won't clean worst Staff are here. No Daily cleaning and for laundry service I had told 5times and waited four days still he didn't picked and every room I saw(4-5) is having one major issue atleast and no sanity okay but just rooms are big enough and ac is ok and bathrooms ok basically when it was constructed it would be great but now service is not there at all so gone case but in budget we can't expect much but what atleast some basics

Very Horrible. First time in my life had faced this problem. Booking confirmed through Agoda 2 days prior and when reached Hotel Park Palace from our hometown (around 300kms), the person who was in charge casually told us that the room is not available as all the rooms in the hotel were full. As per conversation with that irresponsible incharge (who claimed himself as the manager, but he doesn't hold the quality), it seems he had given our room to someone else as there were bulk room bookings as part of some marriage and also in the presumption that we wont Check-in at hotel. Enroute to the hotel, we were trying to locate the phone nos. (to convey that we would be bit late) which was not present in the booking confirmation receipt through agoda or in Google or when contacted customer support for the same. I am really surprised how could an already booked room which was confirmed 2 days prior be given to someone else. The stupid incharge doesn't seem to care about anything or an empathy of concern towards the customers who have had a long duration travel. He was just saying like "If you want to complaint to anyone, you can" This was his attitude and he doesn't seem to realize his mistake too, on the other hand he was trying to hide his emotions, handling his smart phone simply as if he was so cool. Sadly, this kind of staffs bring misfortunes to the hotel. I just don't want to reveal his name. For the good of hotel, it would be better for the management to take right action against asap. Else they got to face a lot more bad reviews which will eventually affect the business. Also to add, the customer support was very poor. Either they put the call on hold for more than 5 mins and we keep on saying 'Hello hello hello' and automatically the call gets disconnected. We almost tried the customer care for 9 times, each time different person attend the call and no answer if we ask questions and call disconnected which was repetitive. Call connected--Onhold--Disconnected-Repeatu....Call connected-Onhold-Disconnected-Repeatu. OMG Disgusting. Later we connected through chat support asking for refund so that we would search for some other rooms and that chat agent helped us with other room nearby hotel. It was a 2 hour hurdle. Lame excuses, No proper reason, Insane attitude of the incharge, Poor customer care support, No option for refund policies if any human errors, totally exhausted with travel and arguments...what more..all at one place. I had given many good reviews in the past and this is my first ever bad review. It all started with Hotel Park Palace Erode.

The price was good Rs1000 per night, but the rooms are smell badly we had a room on 4 the floor, great one is the hotel have a lift facilities... the service boy was asking for money when he go Off duty of his job,we have to pay always for him. for water also

This is only a traditional lodge with basic amenities like an old lift and ac machines. No wifi or restaurant available. Of course, the rooms and corridors are cleaned regularly. But the hotel is located just opposite to the Erode bus stand. Lot of good hotels are available nearby. Good for stay within budget.
