Rooms are cleanly maintained, faucet was leaking in the room we stayed. Other wise a good stay, with proximity to the main temple.

Disgusting Rooms are not clean.Spittings over the wall they claim it's cleaned.If you ask for room change reply will be mocking or adjust to it. PLEASE ENSURE TO CHECK ROOMS BEFORE BOOKING. If you are family please prefer other stays....No Wifi,No heater,old stay,only positive is located near bus stand. You can get better stays at this price in Tirukovilur. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED.

Worst room and worst bathroom facility and it is not at all clean and hygenic

The rooms were decent. Very poor room service and reception.

I stayed here for a night along with my parents after visiting Perumal temple and Raghuttama Tirtha (Uttaradi Math). As far as I heard this hotel was well renowned but after the change in management now the room quality and maintenance is not decent enough. If you need an ample car parking space and can manage to stay for a night just to sleep and get refresh you can choose here or choose others. I advise people to take rooms in Thiruvanamalai which is 45mins from here and you have many rooms available there. Here in Google search I found only two or three rooms in Thirukovilur and I cannot drive to Thiruvanamalai late evening so chose to stay here with out any option. May be you can try the other SM residency with automan said is better as compared to this but am not sure of the parking facility.

Average old hotel. Maintenance is the key for a hotel. This hotel, lacks everything in terms of Maintenance. Rooms are not cleaned (full of dusts everywhere), bed is like a stone bench, no proper water facility, turning off the lift unnecessarily. Working staffs are little bit rude. If you are standing or sitting in lobby for 2 to 3 minutes, then they start yelling at you and tell us to move to room (don't stay here)

Value for money. We had two nights' comfortable stay. The people at front desk were courteous and helpful. If there is a marriage or some other function at the marriage hall, then parking is a problem.

I had reserved for an AC double room. Pretty decent especially considering what I paid. Of course, I cannot compare it with a star hotel - but there were courteous staff and basic needs were met. The room I occupied had a large bath-cum-toilet and also a smaller room between the bed room and the toilet.TV was there - but the TV programs were not very clear. Hot water, as usual, in such hotels is available for a few hours in the morning only. But since the objective was pilgrimage, this hotel served the purpose very well. (By the way, you will not find a lot of eating places (I mean vegetarian) and even magazine shops. Thirukoilure is a beautiful and significant religious place, especially for the Vaishnavites.
