We were charged for food which we never ate! During check out the receptionist was rude. Be careful they note down the wrong room number and charge you for food. Looking at other reviews it looks like they do it intentionally to cheat and earn !!

We stayed for two nights, and while the rooms and accommodations were comfortable, there were issues with the accuracy of the food headcount. There seemed to be no standard process in place to address this, which needs to be fixed. Additionally, the person in charge was unavailable for discussion, and we were ultimately required to pay based on the provided count.

Excellent service by all the staff. They provided wheel chair also for my mother in law and hence she was able to visit temples too.

We had booked triple room on December 19th 2024, Ac was not working the whole night and reception didn't answer our call for service the whole night and on next day morning also when we complained no response from hotel side. We stayed whole day with a Non working AC in a AC room Both managers at night and day didn't take any responsibility, when we asked about that their reply was very harsh and answer from their side is not convinceable. They didn't take responsibility for their mistakes. We prepaid the rent so they didn't accepted our tarif request too. Very worst service in this hotel

Worst experience - Worst receptionist (Ramesh) for his rude behaviour. I would highly recommend the management to look for an loyal, educated and positive approach person. A receptionist is the first face representation as well to address the expectation of an customer. Also, there is a rule of 4pm check in and 3pm check out. The receptionist is bending the rules for the customers who pay him extra. We saw a family checking in at 3pm where he suppose to check in at 4pm and he got a bribe to let the family inn. And he was working under bribe. Why management is not having control over staffs? Are the management getting a portion from the bribe collected by the receptionist. Why there is a rule of 4pm-3pm? Is this rule helping receptionist to earn more in bribe? Finally to the management - Are your trying to please and help the receptionist or customer. So, remove the 4pm-3pm rule therefore, it cuts off corruption if management is not a part of this corruption. People do think about these questions before booking staying here. And Management should look into this matter if not there are better competitors and at better price. I believe at least this red signal helps the management to address the issues. It is easy to leave/exit from the market if this status continue.

Availability of food and food taste is very poor here. Rooms and service was good but not upto price level
