Thai Beach Resort

Nice place with good exterior and poorly maintained rooms. Its not a beach resort as name suggest. There is no access to the beach. Its only a sea view resort. No hot water supply, not so great room service. Addressing these issues might help to become one of the greatest place in the surroundings.

Dont visit at any cost. Everything is not up to average. Rooms are dirty with flies and hair, faulty shower, dirty beds, A/C not working and dusty room. Check in took long as well. Had to change room but cleanliness is no good Will not come again. Road to come in here is problematic.

A very good place close to the temple. Had a very pleasant experience both with the place and staff. Large clean rooms with basic amenities. Courteous staff. Car parking available within the premises.

Hi. Im sorry that we have to give lower rating due to the service provided was not as expected. and it was such a disappointing experience. The food are acceptable, but services are not as we are expecting. There are good staff and staff with lower tolerance for general questions (especially this one guy with Chinese look). We have a already made the reservation fey days earlier, and i think it acceptable time enough if they could make sure all the TV, sounds systems, and internet are working well or could notify us earlier. Since are not from around Labuan. But, the internet are bad, no technician to help the setting of the sound system, we had to freeze without any music while the dinner program are on going. Ugh. All of us think that night was ruined. We had to end early due to the reason that there was no a single staff can manage the issue. Plus we get a quite unprofessional treatment from this one staff. My suggestion is, please make sure, before the room are 100% prepared and if there is problem with anything, notify your customer earlier.

Very clean room with a good sea view. Hospitality is top notch. No in house restaurant available. But you can order from Swiggy

1. Nice place to stay with family. Its peaceful and quiet 2. Breakfast complimentary but options were not good. Food was not tasty 3. Access to beach was not close by 4. They should have kitchen for food it was too tough to get access for food 5. Coffee tea not good

First they must remove the word RESORT from hotel name. It is just hotel to stay. But rooms are spacious and well maintained. Breakfast was very poor, swimming water more turbulent than see water.
