Golden Grand Lodge

Big thumbs down to both Agoda and Golden Grand Hotel. Agoda initially showed a room price of 2700, but at the final payment stage, an extra bed charge of 700 was forcefully added -- without us selecting it, and with no option to remove it. The booking was for a family room that could accommodate five adults. We were only three adults and two kids, yet they still charged us for the extra bed. When I contacted Agoda, they claimed the charge was added by the property. When I checked with the hotel, they said the room rent is 4000 if booked directly, and that the extra bed charge was a way to balance out the discounted price offered on Agoda. I reported this to Agoda, but they were completely ineffective, simply repeating that they weren't getting any response from the property. Whether it's Agoda or the property behind this, it's clear customer deception. Agoda seems to lure customers with low prices, only to support such shady practices later. As for the stay itself -- I don't wish to comment. No matter how good the stay might be, it doesn't compensate for cheating customers.

Simple and clean room, Good option to consider to stay near bustand

One of the best in the town and very easily accessible. It is only walking distance from the temple. Ideal for family who wants to have Darshan at the temple and looking for good stay. Rooms are very clean and almost all amenities are at the place. Few eateries Near by and the staffs are very helpful in arranging for food if informed before. Overall this place is safe, cheap, neat and helpful for all pilgrimage visitors.

Golden Grand Lodge is the Best Hotel to Stay.We thoroughly enjoyed the hospitality of the staff, Parking,location and the ambience. Manager Mr.Azeem was Nice Person with smiling Face.We found the rooms very spacious and comfortable, with all the required amenities.I would like to suggest Everyone to try at least one time. For Car drivers, they have separate room for them to Stay. If we see budgetwise compare to other hotel, it is very best Jaikumar.K.M. Erode.

Best in service, quality and greeting. First time stayed with my family along with my new born so I was more concerned about cleanliness. Inspite of more hotels near by, I personally recommend this. Sure will visit again in mere future.

Worst experience... No towel, no soap, one blanket for a double cot bed which covers only one person, no shower n more of all water is not clean. When opened the tap found some feathers of birds coming through tat, think the overhead tank was not cleaned for a long time. Overall it's a bad experience

Stayed there with family for two days.. The room was awesome.. The design and arrangments will make you more comfortable. They have lift for first floor too.. A luxury place to stay if you can afford more

Very nice environment in staying time. Luxury furniture, floors are very cleaning, good service. Totally super, but AC was not maintained cooling condition. Thanks
