Excellent service from this residency. They are cleaning the common path and rooms very frequently. Car parking is also available. Please don't go mani iyer hotel. Preference this residency.

If you planing to thiruchendur temple best option @ location wise both entry are connected, near to temple and restaurants We stay in this recidency good experience ever, maintained also neat and clean parking area also available

They demanded extra amount when we checkout otherwise room was good near to temple

If you want a Peaceful stay I would recommend not to stay in this place , Rooms are not maintained properly, Staffs behaviour is worst coming to owner part Mr. Stalin is arrogant if u people are not able to run a Hotel better Don't .. its a Lodge Not recommended for families & Old people .. Respecting Guest is more important ..

Very very worst don't waste your money, The rooms are very dirty and clean in less, I totally wasted my money, the manager will only spoke lie.

Booked for my sister family, they stayed for night. We booked two rooms, it was clean and tidy. The temple is at walkable distance and there are lot of hotels and veg restaurants nearby. I highly recommend this residency for a couples and family who are willing to book multiple rooms. Service also excellent friendly staffs. Worth staying.

stayed last night along with my Parents again after a year in this same residency. located nr temple. staffs are very kind and helpful. Property is located nr temple and in residential place. so felt our stay is very safe and secured. Overall stay is Good

There is no air circulation in the hotel corridor and in the room also. If you want to suffocate yourself from breathing please do book room in here. With the same price there are better hotels.
