Royal Residency

It's the worst experience ever .the is no proper rooms the rooms r so dirty and smelly it stinks so bad and when we ask for them to clean it they old that they will open the freshner but they will just go to the room and just spray some room freshner and cover the smell for 30 mins and then the smells comes again .there is a telephone that doesn't work and we have to go down everytime to ask them something and also half of the times no one will even be there . And the silly excuse for a matteres is a rock covered in sheet it's like we can't even sleep in that . They have a bed which they tell two people can sleep in but not even one person could fit in it . And when we came to vacate there was no current and no receptionist and it seems that the receptionist wantedly did it thinking no one was in the lodge.And we had to wait down for half an hour for the receptionist to come and turn on the current and after everyone sleeps at 2 they turn off the current to save electricity without others knowing thinking they can get good sleeps in that dumb excuse for a mattress. And they wantedly cut off the tv cable and they will tell problem with the tv so that they can save power .they save power when we give cash and when we pay them for stay clean the room after the ones before left the floors when sticky and they didn't clean the bed . Worst experience. The location is bad as well .the only reason why I gave 1 star to the location is because ibaco and asife biriyani this next to it overall worst lodge.Its a hell in earth . Only the name is royal but it's the worst .not even five star hotels keep names like royal but this -10000 star lodge has a name called royal.never come to this place unless u want a headache and i recomend people with BP to never visit this thing.

A very average no frills hotel. The attitude of the hotel's team is as though they are doing you a lifetime massive favour, by giving a room in their hotel. Truly not a customer centric attitude or behaviour. The only good thing in my opinion is that they have a good parking facility inside the facility and a working AC in the room.

Stayed there on a non AC room as the climate was cool.. nominally priced.. room was good. Toilet could have been better.. A good Stay.

I asked the person to repair TV in my room. No proper response from the receptionist. And I asked for towel, they said it got over and not even arranged the towels. Poor services. Phones are not working to call receptionist from room. Not recommended.

1 star just because AC was there. And that too was not working fine looks like. Whole night it was ON but we never felt cold. The guy who was at the reception was not bothered about customer and customer service. I don't know how these hotels are getting these many positive ratings. No towels provided, no soaps and shampoos provided
