Nice rooms with clean and neat maintainance

I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at Hotel Vaigai in Theni, and it pains me to say that it was one of the worst hotel stays I have ever had. The hotel's outward appearance, with its promising front elevation, was entirely deceptive. The moment I entered my room, I was greeted by an overpowering foul smell that permeated the entire space. It was a distressing and uncomfortable environment to be in. The lack of cleanliness was immediately evident, and the broken mirror only added to the dismal condition of the room. The disheartening state of the bed sheets further confirmed the lack of hygiene and maintenance. It was evident that they had not been changed or cleaned properly, making it impossible to get a good night's sleep. In summary, Hotel Vaigai, Theni, is a complete disappointment and is far from deserving even a single star. The promise presented by its exterior is nothing more than a facade, and the overall condition of the hotel is deplorable. I would strongly advise against choosing this establishment for your stay. It was a regrettable experience that I hope no other traveler has to endure. My previous review of Hotel Vaigai in Theni detailed the poor ambience, foul smell, lack of cleanliness, and the broken mirror. Unfortunately, the list of issues with this hotel continues, making the stay even more disheartening. To add to the litany of problems, the television in the room was not functioning, depriving me of any entertainment or information during my stay. This only contributed to the overall dissatisfaction with the hotel's amenities. Moreover, the bathroom's flush was also not in working order. The inconvenience of having to use a bucket to pour water to flush the toilet is not only unhygienic but also highly impractical for guests. My stay at Hotel Vaigai in Theni was marred by a series of issues that significantly impacted my comfort and satisfaction. I reiterate my strong recommendation against choosing this hotel for your stay. The lack of basic amenities and the overall dismal condition make it a regrettable choice for any traveler.

We have stucked in between our long trip due to the rain.. That hotel incharge have worst communication towards us but unfortunately we've no other option. Also for the room TOWEL was not provided not even Packed Drinking Water and Blanket was in a "Trash Condition" colour of blanket was faded yellow (it's actually White) Overall experience: Worst

Took 2 double A.C. rooms on our way back from Munnar. Well we were late into the night and booked this hotel due to lack of choice. No fan, A.C. stopped functioning midnight, mosquitoes, filthy sheets broken chair...Nevwr again will stay here. Not recommended. Poor facility even in bathrooms. Don't go.

Good room service and comfortable stay

Very worst behavior by the receptionist. Actually this field relates to hospitality oriented service . The way of approach matters alot . Travellers come here with a work or little stressed a special care should be given by host . I was so pissed off by his behavior . Maybe he could be the owner as well . This basic manners should be taught

Other than Mosquito bites, no in room heat water facility everything is good in this accommodation. It has spacious rooms, gated parking and the price is reasonable!

Spacious hotel, parking facilities available. No hot water facilities. Bathroom not much clean, small mosquitoes to disturb sleep. OK for small breakup
