Very spacious rooms with clean bathrooms..It's right on the NH with ample parking.. Very disappointing buffet menu..nothing was hot.. Dosas were chill and slithery. When asked whether something is available in live counters, it was a grumpy no.. The cost for the breakfast included in the room tariff was exorbitant for this stale buffet spread.. So I recommend to book a room without breakfast..As so many good eating options available just opposite side of this property.

I have been a frequent visitor to Theni, I have stayed in Shivas regency, Theni international & ABM grand. ABM has the best clean rooms and have been renovating the place as and when required which is mostly needed. A good place for a reasonable price.

Never book a room in this hotel if you want a peaceful sleep. I am posting this review from one of the rooms in this hotel at 4 AM. Even if I am not at all a morning person, I am awake in this time only because, the AC is not working. This is the worst hotel i have ever stayed. Also the heater was not working. I wonder how they are running this hotel in a huge tariff without providing basic facilities.

The hotel is charging 30 rupees for water bottle which MRP is 20 rupees only. This is not justifiable. If you want to book this hotel kindly arrange the water bottle from outside. An ordinary breakfast is provided as complement and the tariff is too high.

Service provided by the hotel in relation the charges was very poor. Pictorial views displayed in the photographs don't match with the hotels. Lesser to the charges of the same lots of good option are available in the nearby area with marvelous natural location and food.

The worst experience ever. They are charging a higher amount for the rooms and the stay is pathetic. The heater is not working. I was staying with my wife and one year old baby. Atlast we had to use the cold water for bathing our baby too. At night the AC stopped working. When we asked for the room service, they replied that the issue could be solved only on 9 AM and we have to checkout at that time. HEATER IS NOT WORKING AC IS NOT WORKING RENT IS TOO HIGH NEVER RECOMMEND TO ANY ONE
