Treebo Naaz Royal

Just bearable experience of staying at this place. No dining facility. Morning breakfast is bought from outside. Most of the time, breakfast came very late. Nothing nearby of any good restaurants. If one is a short of money. I want an acceptable ac room, then one can go. Just brand value of treebo comes down.

Rooms are good. They provide a good breakfast but it's a parcel from outside and the breakfast time is 8.30. small lift only 3 people capacity. Only road side parking available. Not sure about hot water.

Pros: The rooms were clean, neat and comfortable. Value for money for the price offered Cons: They bring the complementary breakfast by parcel from a nearby hotel and would be cold by the time it is served, and have to wait till 8:30 am for breakfast to come. Further, hot tea, coffee etc. were brought in plastic bags which is not healthy. For breakfast option, instead of bringing by parcel, management should consider providing breakfast coupons which tourists can avail from the hotel from which breakfast is brought.

The location was good. And sadly only that was good. They say its a new hotel, only 2 years old, but the bedsheets and pillows look atleast 10 years old. Whats disturbing is that the bedsheet had a lot of hair scattered about. Which means they did not clean them after the previous occupant checked out. More disturbing thought is how often do they clean them at all. We traveled with a 1 year old baby, and this setup was not comforting at all. Another major issue for me is that they get their breakfast from outside, thank god for that, but they distribute it to everyone by knocking on the door and ringing the bell. After a long night we wanted to sleep in, especially when we have a little baby we do not want him waking up crying because some adults do not understand how disturbing all their noise would be. That was a pathetic move. They have kettle in the room, but the mouth of the kettle was extremely dusty and dirty. The bed was no comfortable and the room was a little tight. Finally, there was no window that faced the outside. So no natural light or way to ventialte the room.

Comfortable Stay with Genuine Hospitality but Limited Dining Options I stayed at Treebo Trend Naaz Royal for five days and found the experience very comfortable, especially at the affordable rate offered. The hospitality here is sincere, and the staff is courteous and attentive, which made the stay pleasant. However, the lack of an in-house kitchen was a drawback. All food and drink options need to be ordered from nearby restaurants, which can be inconvenient at times. The complimentary breakfast, featuring South Indian cuisine, was delicious, but the same menu every day made it feel repetitive. The hotel's location is another positive--it's conveniently close to good restaurants, departmental stores, and the bus stand, making it easy to explore the area. Overall, I'd recommend Treebo Trend Naaz Royal for a comfortable stay, but a bit more variety in breakfast and dining options would enhance the experience.

The stay was nice. We found the hotel in Booking.com and the booking process was smooth as well. We checked in at late night hours and they were totally okay with that. Well behaved staff and the service was good too. The complementary breakfast was delicious and tasty although no. of items in the menu are not that much. The hotel is 4-5 km away from the Thanjavur Brihadeeswara Temple.

Stayed on 26-27 October 2024. 1) Parking is on road side only. 2) Breakfast is included, but not ready by 7.45 am, we have to wait wait. And no proper dining room. So mostly people don't take breakfast here, that too it is coming from outside. We didn't take it. 3) brush paste etc ., they don't place in the room. Default items missing in the room. 4) AC noisy. 5) Shoping no chance You should be ready with every thing. 6) Newspaper no. 6) Room neat. Lift is ok.TV IS THERE. Over all next time I will not stay here.

This establishment is not a three-star hotel; it is a budget hotel. The cleanliness of the hotel is subpar. The beds and bed sheets are particularly unsanitary.
