SPOT ON 49782 Gj Residency

Neat, budget stay at affordable price in Thombankudisai area of Thanjavur. It is situated om the main road at the round-about. There are about 10~15 air-conditioned rooms i think. People who has wedding / events, in Chozha mandapam, Pragadhamani cab prefer this place for accomodation, since it's very nearby and walkable.

This is a small lodge ground floor is old building first floor is new building but the heater is not working also the ac and common lights are all controlled by reception people. For my instance they didnot switch on the lights in night around 8 and we were literally choking in dark. ALSO THE ROOM SERVICE IS VERY POOR. I PREFER THAT POEPLE DON'T CHOOSE THIS. if you need moderate price you can choose still its outside tanjavur called Thunban kudisai now called tholkappiar Square. But the poeple of tanjavur won't know this tholkappiar square they only know old name. I had struggle in guiding my call taxi drivers.

A normal place to stay. Air conditioners were good. Rooms were neat and clean. Water facility is available 24/7.

Good & pleasant experience. Calm place. Nearby ATM, Tea shop, some cheap restaurants. Good AC rooms. Newly build.

Dont even imagine to stay in this residency
It's a very bad experience and the service is worst probably this is only worst residency on the world and it's very dirtily maintained

Over Road vehicle noise and marriage hall noises...not much comfortable sleeping with AC room

Bad customer service, no genuinity in payment, they say less and charge more for not staying as well
