The bar service & ambience is excellent & the staff is very kind especially jayaparaksh.. Such a nice person.The side dish are very nice & the chilli panneer is very good taste. The rest rooms are fantastic. Last but not least the janitor work is very good.. Loved them.. They are very keen to clean the specific part of the tap also.

Very comfortable hotel. Clean and well maintained. The staff is hospitable and services provided were very good. The restaurant had good options, quick service and variety of options. Accessibility to all locations around the hotel was also very convenient. We hired a cab from the hotel to go around multiple temples around Tanjore. Overall very good experience

The bar had nice music and it was very quiet and friendly. We went at about 5:50PM. It was very nice to relax and have a chill drink. Jayaprakash was very friendly and helpful! 5 star service and truly enjoyed. It was awesome! We are very satisfied with the service

The room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was good and comfortable. The wardrobe, the mini fridge, the electric kettle etc were all well utilised by us.|| The AC had been set at 16*C. It was very chill and we had to set it at 24as it was very chill. The optimum temperature is 22- 23. With this the hotel can also save on power consumption. The shower cubicle lacked a small raised area for resting our feet (for soaping). At least an 18" stool can be placed for place our feet for soaping/ applying lotion.||We had ordered rumali roti, but it was very dry, The replacement to it sent was also dry. But the other items were yummy.||Smiling staff and a beautiful lobby made it more pleasant.

I'm giving it 5* because I had a great experience with the service. When I found the food I ordered for dinner in the restaurant a bit spicy and just wanted some yogurt to balance it out, the manager insisted on replacing it and even gave me some nibbles while I waited. Very kind of him. Also had a good experience with the laundry service. Everyone else was also very helpful.||Otherwise, the hotel gets the job done well but is not a special experience. The rooms are fine but the decor is very ordinary, perhaps dated. No problems with cleanliness or anything functioning. But it's not a luxury experience. It's a top hotel in Thanjavur and I have no complaints whatsoever but set your expectations accordingly.

Had been to the restaurant with family and friends more than 15 members, the food was excellent both veg and non veg. The service was also very good especially Bharathi Raja went out of the way to serve us on time always with a smile. Would highly recommended this restaurant for its ambience, food and service

The location is excellent. The staff including the GM are caring. Morning breakfast was good. However, we had two issues. The ac did not work and we were shifted to another room around 11pm!! The bathroom drain was clogged. Had to get it repaired. This hotel appears to be more for bus load of tourists (foreigners) booking for sightseeing! Because the staff was good, we ignored many issues. They cut a lovely cake for my birthday - and that was very kind of them and was a pleasant surprise. They score due to such gestures. This 3 star Sangam hotel was more expensive than the 5 star hotels in Madurai and Trichy. Wonder why??

I have been using sangam hotel for the past 10 yrs . I find it very convenient and comfortable. Especially the staff are extremely courteous and helpful . The fornt desk lady mrs swetta is so cordial and helpful . I would definitely recommend to all my friends and family .
