OYO Hotel Pla Residency Annexe

We had booked 3 rooms and each room had one or the other issue. In one room, the AC was not working, in another room there was no latch to the washroom door and in the last one, though there was latch, it was so tight that it was not usable. The towels were although was washed (I hope so), it was not fresh. Overall, the rooms are not worth the price. In addition, there is no safety to the rooms. There is no use of a person sitting in the entrance of the building as anybody can walk-in to the rooms. However, the location was above average. It was almost 2 kms to the temple and had access to many commercial stores like medical stores, supermarket and restaurants. The silver lining was that the staff were very friendly and approachable. That is the only reason I have given 2 stars for overall rating, else I would have opted for 1 stars.

Very poorly maintained bedsheets and towels. They did not provide any bath items upfront. The bathroom door was very bad. They gave us torn bedsheets. I will definitely not recommend this to anyone. Thankfully we stayed only for a night. For the price they charge, they are giving very poor service.

Its worst experience with room ,bcz ugly bed & bedsheet including pillow allow, unwashed towel,no wifi,for whole buliding 10 room 1 service man.

I were stayed in room no; 110 room was neat and clean and the staff were very polite They provided all basic amenities like soap, shampoo,dental kit, shaving kit and kettle also provided with coffee and tea bag, value for money .

Room maintenance is poor. All lights were not working. The toilet door didn't close properly. The room was clean but not up to the mark for a hotel room. They claim WiFi is available but it doesn't work. Good non veg hotel (pla residency) next door. The breakfast provided was good. Big supermarket opposite the hotel. Railway station is less than 100 meters
