OYO Flagship 66133 Hotel Sri Karuna Residency

The room was in a very poor condition, with cleanliness being a major issue. A strong, unpleasant odor filled the space, making the stay uncomfortable. To make matters worse, there was no lock on the bathroom door, and the main door locks were faulty, leaving me feeling unsafe. Overall, this was one of the worst accommodations I've ever experienced, and I would not recommend it to anyone.

The room provided to us was not that good. The room did not have a hot water facility. We have to carry a bucket in the lobby and collect the hot water from a common tap. Our rooms where on the third floor and the lift was broken. No towels for provided in the rooms, we have to go down and pick the towels from the reception. Rooms did not have intercom facility so we had to go down three floors for any request. Rooms did not have TV. In one of the rooms the AC was not working so we were provided another room. Initially when requested for some hot drinking water they told me to come down and collect, later they provided a hot water kettle.

Staff is too rude. Did not allow us to use washroom unless the process completes. This is against law, but they do not seem to be bothered by it. Owner is not cooperative at all.

Located around the new bus stand, Thanjavur, Tamilnadu. I appreciate the hotel owner for the cleanliness of the rooms.

Good but owner behaviour not good and not cooperating with coustomers. Very bad service. Other staff is good.. we stay one month in hotel but after we paid payment behaviour Is fully changed. And last Few behaviour is very change.

Excellent place to stay for a short while. It's just 500 metres away from Thanjavur bus stand.

Worst ladies pg in thanjore.owner Said one amount in joining date he totally changed to another month ..I asked y this changes .he speaks rude ..worst behaviour he speaks fully lies only don't choose this pg

Very good hotel. Cooperative staffs. Super Clean rooms.
