OYO 45475 Annai Lodge

One of the worst experience. We were 5 and had booked 2 rooms. All below were observed in both rooms. And to top all, the 0rice was expensive for such horrible experience. 1) Rooms and beds were smelling bad. There is tv which does not work. 2) There are phones which again does not work. 3) geyser available which does not work. 4) Even bedsheets were not provided. 5) Portable water coil was given after a big struggle, which again was being asked back every 15 minutes, where as we were 5 members. Because of all this, our travelling delayed.

It was the worst experience I ever had! I booked three rooms for my parents and my close relatives. The reception is like a bad chair placed under a staircase. The person from the reception has a 'goonda' face and we were dreadful when he talked to us. The rooms have 1. No hot water 2. Worst bathroom 3. No towels 4. No soaps 5. No mirror 6. Worst chairs 7. No tv 8. No or worst AC 9. No pillow 10. Teared bed sheets 11. You can find the worst bed in these rooms. We couldn't sleep all the night. Since we were visiting to Thanjavoor temple we mostly stayed to see the art work there to minimize the possible stay at the hotel. Now I just found that the reviews and I hoped that I see these earlier. I found that the owner says that currently the renovation is going on. I just want to say that there is no such thing as renovation. If you really really want to experience the worse hotel just book it and enjoy! PS. If someone gives reviews with all stars it will be the self reviews by this hotel.

Very poor experience. Rude and irresponsible attitude of reception person. Rooms are in bad condition No hot water, no amenities of hotel room, surveying rooms when went outside
