MMD Residency

The stay was very comfortable. About 150m from the new bus stand, this venue is a semi furnished apartment. All amenities are well maintained, hot water etc and the rooms very clean. very apt for a travelling couple or a family. Though breakfast is not included, veg hotels are plenty around. No worries

Best accommodation if you are traveling with family. MMD residency is well maintained service apartment. Very near to new bus stand. The staff were so kind and cooperative. Mr. Rajasekar is very supportive and well mannered. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to stay at thanjavur.

Probably the best stay for the price in this region. It has got a clean decent room with clean bathroom. Also the hospitality is also really nice. Since it's just couple of meters away from the new Bus stand that's also really convenient. I would recommend to stay there if you're looking for a stay near Thanjavur new bus stand. Really satisfied with the stay.

I stayed 6 days at MMD residency. It was an official trip to Tanjore. MMD residency is situated at a walkable distance from the New bus stand. The rooms are extremely neat and clean. The room which I stayed has a bed room, attached bath room , a hall and a kitchen. It is actually an apartment. The kitchen has required utensils and electrical stove. It also has a refrigerator. The TV, sofa and dining table( it is a table attached on wall) are in the hall. Bed is comfortable and all the windows have mosquito net. I did not experience any mosquitos in room. I kept open the windows including mosquito net up to evening and closed mosquito net in evening and night. The bathroom is kept very much clean and provided toiletries while check in . Both the receptionists are well trained and are very much helpful. Their suggestions for commutation was very much helpful. There are good enough restaurant options are available in walkable distance. The stay was around 50 meter inside from the main road, hence the traffic sounds were not audible and sleep was comfortable. The bed sheet and covers etc were washed and clean. People are available to provide milk in morning if you are planning to make tea by yourself. All over it was a comfortable stay with really affordable budget! Hope they will keep the same standard in future also. Thank you team MMD!

Found one of most affordable and great place in Thanjavur. Very affordable and rooms are too good. Can go even if you are travelling solo. It comes with 3 rooms. Hall kitechn bedroom. It's safe and nearby bus stop. It's just 4-5 km far from all the places. ( Palace and brihadeshwar temple ) You will need to take auto from stay which will cost you 150-200rs. Worth the stay. Mr. Karthik helped us a lot. He Guided us for everything.

Nice stay, quite a peaceful place. Private apartments with additional space which has Sofa and dining space
