ABI'S RESIDENCY

Nice ,clean hotel just 600 metre away from Big temple.. All major tourist attractions are near to this hotel..parking area is small but manageable.. Rooms are congested but clean and neat.. Room service is zero.. Staff making heavy noise in lobby and near reception..

Ideally located close to Thanjavur big temple with basic clean rooms and bathrooms. Housekeeping and maintenance could have been better,. Efficient helpful and responsive front office staff, No restaurant -however lots of eateries nearby and you can also get your food delivered to the hotel. Limited parking space for about 5 cars. Lots of public parking space in the front -looks safe. If your intention is to explore the big temple, look no further if you are OK with a basic clean budget room

Ideally located within walking distance of Thanjavur big temple. Somewhat old property which could do better with housekeeping and property maintenance. No restaurant -but plenty of eateries nearby and you can get food delivered, Room size OK for a nights stay, The bathroom fittings are a bit dated but functional. Hotel has limited parking space -there is a big public parking place in front of the property ,

Good room for family stay. I booked this hotel in last minute and was happy with the decision. Good AC Good heater for hot shower Clean bed

It is close to the railway station hence is very accessible and it is also in very close proximity to all the major landmarks of Thanjavur like the Brihadeeswara Temple, the Martha Palace as well as to the bus stand. The rooms were spacious,neat and clean. The beds were comfy, lots of storage space in the room. Hot water and wifi available 24/7. Had slight issues with the AC but the staff was friendly and very helpful.

The rooms were ok but the toilet's cleanliness can be improved. There's an old man in reception who is quite rude n irresponsible.

This complety made my stay in Thanjavur, located perfectly, the rooms are lovely, staff are helpful and kind - big love to the doorman who was there whatever time of day I went out or in - feels like a treat in the best way possible

A major plus point is the hotel's proximity to the Brihadeeswara Temple, making it easily accessible on foot. While there's no in-house restaurant, plenty of good dining options are available nearby. The hotel is also conveniently located near the bus stand, making it easy to get around by cab or auto.
