YUGA GUEST HOUSE ,COURTALLAM

Location of this guest houses is not inside the City centre it is 3 km away from the main falls inside the farmland and that's a very good thing. Rtooms were big, neat and clean. Hospitality and behaviour of the staff was good. 24 hours check in is available but check out time is the same. Good parking space available at the back side of the guest house.

I had booked a room via Agoda and I was a bit skeptical about the place but the staff and the guest house proved me wrong. It's a very great place to stay and a big shout out to the staff who were kind, helpful and thoughtful. The private parking is an added bonus. The room has a small balcony which is absolutely cute. The rooms are also clean and well-maintained. Totally loved the place and look forward to visiting again. The best place for family to stay during their Courtallam trip.

The one star is also waste to the guest house. We stayed in the guest house for two days they charge around 13000 and they told that fully AC but no A/c for that we spoke the owner to reduce the money the answer he gave us is shocking. He told to leave the room at 9pm with the children and to rude like Rowdy behaviour and cut our power to the room in middle of the night. The worst ever experience in my life time and he also charge for drinking water. And no food is available near to the room and we should go around 3 to 4 km from this place for the food . So pls avoid to stay here no safety.

I had stayed here for 2 days , the rooms are very neat and clean , the infrastructure and surrounding make us feel good.. and also there is clean water and proper sanitation also maintained good .. It's really worth it ... Happy stay

Bad electric connection, bad rooms and total lack of hospitality, this is a guest house that is best described as low grade 'bachelors' pod for some bachelors who just want a bad room to drink and bathe in the falls!

We received pictures of rooms which had AC however post check in we found 2 smaller rooms don't have AC, while asking for that the boys who manages the guest house said that they have told us about this(which they never). Hence we told them that we need to speak to owner just to take this issue to his notice so that next time it won't be repeated. At night owner had come, we didn't even start explaining, before hand he said why did you checked in after knowing we didn't have AC. Since we came with family of 13 members, we don't want to spoil the vacation.. We want to give you as feedback so that it doesn't get repeated for others and to reduce a minimal of 1000 rs for Non AC. We ended up paying comparatively high rate for the property that doesn't worth. No Water available for drinking Bathrooms stinks(no Freshners) Room maintenence average Service(managers) Average(certainly they are accountable for owner) Not worth the money that we spent. 13000 for 2 nights is quite bad

Stayed here for sometime, had good experience, Service is good, lots of suite rooms available, drinking water alone you have to buy separately, location is quite away from main place other than that it was a nice experience, owner is very friendly and supportive , would recommend for family as well as group stay..

The hospitality they provide is very good. Rooms are very clean they have a very good management staffs here respond very soon and they sort out issues in very short time.Ambience is very good One of the best guest houses I have stayed in Just give it a try if ur visiting coutralam they also have contacts with tourist guides who may help u enjoy ur holidays in coutralam.
