The room size and room quality deserves 3 stars for the quality . The drawbacks - no hot water or slowing flowing water. TV is there but no channels . A.c is there but no remote . Breakfast timing keeps shifting from 7 to 8 so plan accordingly. Senior staffs very rude to juniors and guests. Linen quality very good. Junior staff behavior is good. A.v.g rating is on 3 rooms at 2 levels taken. Value for money based on the price is good if you do not want any fringes such as a 5star hotel.

We stayed here for a night. Room is good and spacious. That is the only good thing. |They had shortage of towels, we got only in the night, that too we have to collect it from their housekeeping store room. Bathroom is very basic with broken door latch. This hotel is around 2 km from the hotel. Auto will charge around Rs80 . |Restaurant service very slow, after order one has to wait for at-least half an hour to get food. ||

Rooms are neat and clean. ||Staff behaviour is nice and polite. ||Food was excellent in taste. Thanks to cheff.||Manager Atul and Restuarant guy Ajit Kumar are very helpful and polite. ||We really enjoyed the service and food here. Thank you for making our stay a memorable one.

I booked accommodation for one night for a friend and me through goibibo.com. and O had already paid for the stay online. on arriving at the hotel we were denied check-in due to some contract issues that the hotel has with Oyo and goibibo. The owner of the hotel was very unfriendly and rude and said that he will not honour our booking come what may and that we have to make a fresh booking at a higher cost if we wished to stay there. Since we had just completed a 350 km long ride and the weather was really hot, we decided to go ahead and pay a higher cost. Till such time as I settled the refund with goibibo, we were made to wait at the reception. |The hotel has a veg restaurant and has a board right outside the reception that swiggy services are available in Kanyakumari. We placed an order for some snacks and the hotel staff readily helped us with cutlery and plates. However, in the evening when I ordered dinner from outside the hotel owner said that guests aren't allowed to order food from outside and the swiggy board is for people to order from their restaurant. He eventually agreed to let me receive the food. But when I asked for plates and cutlery he said that he won't give us any! He quoted hotel policies that don't seem to be written anywhere. He also said he doesn't care if the guests give his hotel a poor feedback and that he has the best hotel around (which obviously isn't true). He himself is a smoker and smokes in his own room, but strictly instructs guests not to. What a hypocrite!! ||The only reasons for the 2 stars is because the rooms are nice ans spacious and the rest of the hotel staff is very sweet. ||I would strongly recommend looking for other options unless you want to deal with a cranky, rude, arrogant old man during your stay

Check in was smooth. Rooms are clean and quite good. Hot water is available at the time. Vegetarian meals are quite good in the ground floor restaurant. Service is quick. Lobby is spacious. Parking is available in plenty.

We planned to just spend some days in Kanniyakumari with the family before the school starts. When searched for a good hotel, people recommended this property and it was up to the expectation. Heard that they're shortly opening an multi cuisine restaurant as they have a good veg restaurant in premises.

Now this hotel name is changed to Hotel RR in

Its budget Hotel and can be preferred during your visit. It has a bar and a hotel in the ground floor and the rooms are spacious. We have spent not even 1000rs to stay here for one day. But the Hotel is almost a km away from Kanyakumari beach.
