Collection O Hotel Highway Grand

Very disappointing experience at this hotel. Looks like an old ghost house, and upon arrival, there was no one to receive us. Mr. Karthikeyan continuously rejected our calls. The actual condition of the hotel differed significantly from the pictures on Google. The issues with the hotel included: 1.no lights, 2.water leakage with fungus molds, 3.bad odor in the room, 4.dirty floors with slippery tiles, 5.lack of drinking water and toiletries, 6.numerous mosquitoes preventing proper sleep, 7.no water heater, 8.absence of bedsheets and blankets despite booking two AC rooms through Oyo. 9.The maintenance guys we're drunk 10.Continuous lies from their side telling the hotel was booked fully but nobody was there at the hotel. Additionally, we were charged Rs. 2000 for just a 4-hour stay without receiving the promised AC facilities.

Very bad experience. It just looks like a ghost house. There are no lights in the entrance.also-ran into issues with my oyo booking.Humble request to think 100 times before booking. Five star rating who has given will be definitely owners to improve their business. You will be literally booked. We had to travel 30kms to this hotel after darshan at kanchi and they denied our booking. Something is happening in this . Please stay away

Never go to this hotel. Full fungus on the room walls, no water heater, Dirty rooms, all interiors and furniture are broken. And they demand for extra money from OLX amount otherwise they threaten to cancel the booking.

Very pleasant place to stay Toilets were maintained neatly. Gardens are good to see. Ultimate food quality
