Ordered Tandoori chicken., tastes worsen Asked the supplier and he says its fresh Couldn't it . Paid the bill and came out.Very frustrating restaurant

We take 1 room for 1day . inside the room is clean and neat . bathroom clean but mug is damaged and there is no cleaning items. we ate breakfast here dosa is good but coconut chutney average taste , but spicy chutney is too good per 1 is 50rs, parotta and gravy is 65rs, tea is too good much recommend 15 rs. Lunch non veg meal 90rs very tasty it includes fish gravy, chicken gravy, halwa is much recommend etc..In future you improve the room service, wifi etc that will help you to get a more customers.

Food is okay-okay. The customer service is very worst. Their response time is very very slow. Not friendly at all.

Don't go and eat this hotel, 31/12/23 we order chicken gravy with chappathi. They served old and spoiled chiken. Inside chicken warm and bad smell came. We complain the owner but they don't bother it... Kitchen is worest conditions no neatness and old, spoiled food only services. Please don't go and eat... Not even single star.. Ready to spoil your health

Freezer food serve you with instant warmed manner. Main sad part is hotel staff make separate gravy for their staff.i bet order egg curry cut inside see how cool inside yellow. Insure ur life before come to eat.

The food was so pathetic, the fried rice and biryani didn't even have 10% of the taste they used to have. When we reported to the person in the billing, he didn't even answer properly. The only plus point is it's situated near St Thomas mount church, so it attracts a crowd. If they continue to serve this kind of food they won't get repeat customers.

Worst food quantity for price. I ordered Garlic chicken and Garlic prawn dry they gave me gravy of both. I denied the food so they took back to kitchen just removed gravy out of it and packed. Very very very less quantity for the price they charge. Another incident where I ordered grilled chicken and it was as cold as Ice. They took advantage of customer and cheat you at every possible way.

Worst hotel i have experienced , the tandoori they served is equivalent to rock stone, after complaining they got the chicken back and reheated the chicken and giving the same chicken and service is also not proper, veryy badd
