Staying in this hotel is the worst experience. We booked rooms with the owner and the very nxt day manager (pandiyaraj) asked us to vacate the rooms saying the owner mistakenly gave us the rooms and the whole lodge is already booked by other customer through online. Clearly the mistake was on their side. The manager pandiyaraj was very rude and arrogant. Also the rooms were dusty and overpriced.

I recently stayed at this hotel, paying an outrageous 2500 per day, and I have to say it was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. Nothing in the room worked properly--starting with the AC, which barely functioned, to the shower, which had no hot water. The cleanliness was subpar, with dirty linens and an unkempt bathroom. To top it off, the service was appalling. Staff were unresponsive, rude, and completely unhelpful when I raised my concerns. For the price charged, I expected at least basic amenities to work, but the experience was far below even budget hotel standards. This place is a complete rip-off, and I would advise everyone to avoid it unless you want to waste your money and have a miserable stay. Zero value for money!

We stayed 4 members in double bed Ac room. Rooms, bathroom are neat and clean. They provided extra beds for free. Tv and Ac worked properly good. Receiponist very good person he helped to find good hotel and gave ideas to visit temples. Nearby good family vegetarian hotel available and both andal, Shiva temple also walkable distance. They charged 1800 for double bed ac room. non AC room 1200. In srivilliputhur it's a good choice for one night stay. If you are looking for five star hotel this is not five star hotel. But if you are looking for good stay this is recommended. Outside the room was dirty and not cleaned fully.but ok...no parking available but we can park cars outside hotel space available...

Rooms lookdls gud but very smelly and dunjun. Fungus and smells rat feeling.. not so gud. Very bad experience but have to manage due to mugurtha days. No lift facilities. No separate parking.

I am sorry to say one of the worst stay .Never seen. Full of mosquitoes and other insects. TV not functioning . No Hot water .No bed sheets to cover. No basic needs like Towels, Water bottle , News paper,Tooth paste, brush,soap,oil , powder etc which are provided in a tiny packs . Even in a small village lodges are being provided. It doesn't cast much when you buy in a huge quantity. No proper Registration of inmates details for safety and security. Check in and out timings are not maintained.

Once of the worst stay we had. We stayed their with our family and 8 month old child. Basic facilities like water can, toiletries, towel, bedspread or bedsheets, telecom nothing was available. Bed full of ant with got into our bags. It started biting our child who cried throughout the night and was not able to sleep.

Spacious rooms but every room stinks. They don't have any sense of hygiene or hospitality. I don't think anyone cleans or their sense of cleanliness is only that much. We booked for 2 days, paid in advance, I felt it is dangerous to stay in this type of accommodation in this pandemic situation and checked out in less than a day. We have stayed places where charges varying from in Rs 500 to Rs30000/= For the this town and considering spacious size of the room and AC I don't think it deserve more than Rs700 max. But they are charging Rs1500 per night. Not even basic facilities like hot water WiFi forget about soap towel, even if they give I don't thing it will be usable standard. They don't have any sense of quality or cleanliness.

Very worst lodge i have ever seen in my past. Rooms were very dirty. Not even basic amenities for the cost paid. It has all problems like drainge problem, bugs, cockroaches, stinking smell and most importantly they don't even have a proper bedsheet. We have been provided with a torned bedsheet and a curtain to use as a blanket, for which they charged around 2500/-. When we questioned about all these the owners behaviour was very very ARROGANT. NO proper response from any one from them. IT IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED NOT TO OPT THIS LODGE FOR FAMILIES even for emergency because it also has highly safety issues.
