Hotel Villa Highnest - Oragadam - Sriperumpudur

seems the owner has spent a lot of money on this property which was very good years ago..One Bihari manager ,1 north Indian cook ,3 north east guys work here...the manager is always busy on Instagram along with the north east boys...They don't care about most of the things needed for them to do..we stayed for 4 days ,1 st day we told the manager that the exhaust is not working in the toilet,they didn't even respond,2nd day we complained again ,he said an electrician ll come tmw ,3rd day he was smiling and told us that the electrician didn't come...we couldn't tolerate the smell in the bathroom,4 th day we checked out and took one more hotel near by ..the food was good...but the food process was very shabby...

Not satisfied with trip and hotel - Worse hotel I've booked from trip and no help from customer support.1. I booked one room with king bed size but hotel gave me, dirt room with 3 bed and mosquito and cockroach walking on floor. 2. After complain, Hotel later changed room with two bed and also dirty. 3. Hotel staff were rude and no manner to talk in decent way . Trip customer support will never help you if you are in trouble and even won't cancel booking if you are scammed. I think trip.com is big scammer.

Very very bad experience, dirty rooms, door locks not working, mosquitos, dirty toilets and water blocked in toilet and uncaring and helpless manager with no staff in the evening to clean.. Staff behaviour not good billing problem totally worst experience and don't book this hotel

Very bad experience, dirty rooms, door locks not working, dead flies and mosquitos, dirty toilets and uncaring and helpless manager with no staff in the evening to clean.. pictures are totally deceptive, neither the propety or the room are anything like it is seen in pics..i just had to leave immediately, pls do not bother to book here and go through a worst experience..

Worst ever hotel experience with the receptionist and the room was ugly and stinky do not ever go and stay there by google ratings.

Very worst Experience, .. The staff and manager are very very bad, using bad language during checkout, they are asked for 50% of Total bills .. when our booking was prepaid, the whole corridor, lift and room are too dirty & night time too much mosquito are their, i attached some photos & video ( checkout time manager behaviour)

Don't get carried away by the pictures shown. Very shabby and badly maintained place. Definitely not a place to stay with your family.

Pathetic rooms, they will take bookings even while renovation work is going on, don't know how they got 4.1 rating
