Before booking confirmation I checked the room, they were partially clean with some dust particles here and there. Bedsheets were unclean and so I didn't take the room. However receptionist has confirmed to keep them neat the next time.

Terrible. The room was ok ok. But the wash room was stinky. We found a frog in the bathroom first day. There was a rain worm next day. The dirty smell.

Superb Hotel, Service and staff is very cooperative.... We have stayed 3 nights and the experience was great! Recommended for corporates, family and couples.

Neat, clean rooms n friendly owner. Sometimes the rooms n ambience will not matter much if u have great n humble service. We were 9 members in total n we enjoyed the stay here.

Hotel heavens stay is suitated in very good location,good hospitality,homely atmosphere,cleaned rooms and excellent staffs,one of the best hotels in cinnamon. i have stayed surely recommend to others and would return again with family food was excellent and served hot.rooms are big and maintained very well. Parking lot is spacious enough.nice stay.
