Mercure Chennai Sriperumbudur

This is our all time favourite because it is right on way from Chennai to Bangalore. Loved the courteous service and friendly staff who remember us because we have visited the place a 100 times for breakfast buffet and dinner. Such a beautiful place

I came here one per year for work, alwyas a good stay, with good food, good structure and nice staff always keen to help you. Gym is also available, with basic equipment.

1. Basic amenity like the slipper needs to be requested.. 2. The dinner and breakfast buffet food options are very limited (need more western food). 3. A look of mosquitoes flying around at the dining area

My stay was amazing - the 'thirukural' written on the wall was excellent idea.. the front office staff were amazing. The breakfast was marvellous and I can't even forget the taste till now. Definitely I will come back to stay again. My kids totally enjoyed in the pool. Thank you Mercure and Accor team :)

We spent two days in this hotel, very convenient for us close to the company. In the restaurant people is very kind and very helpful, specially the Miss Stella, she was supporting us everytime and always with a smile in she's nice face.

I had a fantastic stay at Mercure Chennai. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with a smile. My room was spotless, well-maintained, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel's location was perfect--close to industrial estate and easily accessible. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of options, and the food quality was excellent. The facilities, including the gym and pool, were clean and well-kept.

Cleanliness, Staff behaviour were OK, but the quality of food served in the room was pathetic, with rotten chicken, and overcooked rice. Being summer expected the swimming pool to be ready, but was not.

Mercure hotel was very nice and my rooms view was very good and all staff was very friendly and helpful to the customer everyday food taste was excellent and service was very very goodwe all are happy with this type of service thanks to all of them specially MS Janani manisha and ms sunita they all are amazing team
