The rooms were spacious and clean. However, the complimentary breakfast was disappointing; they didn't provide coffee or tea, which are very basic requirements. The kids' play area was closed, and although staff said it was closed on Tuesdays, this wasn't mentioned anywhere, and it was the main reason we booked the hotel in the first place.

Had pleasant stay. The complimentary breakfast they offer is worth and room service is also good.

Clean spacious room and bathroom. Special thanks to the kindly reception staff who found us a secure place to store our tandem and also lent us a kettle. Nice restaurant next door. Highly recommended.

This hotel is located within the mall. It's centrally located and various parts of the town are well within reach. The rooms are well maintained and clean. A very good budget hotel in my opinion. The service is impeccable. The staff went out of their way to help us out with our needs. There are a few restaurants within the mall itself which are pretty good. Another plus is that there is a gym in the same mall, which is not affiliated with the hotel however. They have plenty of small shops nearby for small needs. There is also two supermarkets at walking distance. There is also a decent amount of basement parking available for guest who may be visiting by car. My stay here was pleasant and we were well taken care of. The only drawback is that it is on the main road so it can be a little loud.

I attended a Lions club meeting in the hotel. Located in the central part of Sivakasi. Lots of offices and restaurants are there. The hall is good with a separate corridor for buffet meals. Air conditioning is good . Hotel rooms are spacious and provide good customer service.

Very close to the city center. Restaurants are nearby. The bus station is only 2.5 km from this locality. Wheelchair accessible. Good ambiance and complementary breakfast are available if you book a room.

Very very poorly maintained. Cockroaches just everywhere inside the room.

Stayed here in my last visit. To be frank, it's not all recommended. They charge you for breakfast, but providing limited quantity and variety of items, as they don't have a in store kitchen. Rooms are good, but the AC in the room which we stayed was leaking. Booked the room here seeing the reviews. But don't know whether they are paid or not.
