Unethical Pricing Practice - Extremely Disappointed I had booked rooms at Bell Hotel and paid an advance to confirm my reservation. Shockingly, after the payment, the hotel increased the room rates and demanded I pay the higher price to keep my booking. This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Once a booking is confirmed and advance is taken, the price should be honored. This kind of bait-and-switch tactic not only reflects poor business ethics but also causes unnecessary stress and inconvenience to guests. I urge future travelers to be cautious while booking here - your confirmed rate may not be respected. Totally disappointed with the lack of transparency and integrity. I strongly urge anyone considering a stay here to think twice -- your booking may not be safe, even after payment. Totally unacceptable. I will be pursuing this further with consumer protection authorities.

Room and service is not worth for the amount we pay , even for Wi-Fi they will give you 1gb voucher . Also in buffet breakfast they will have juice inside and they will give it only if you ask juice specifically. Also they will lock the hotel doors by 10pm in night and you have to knock the door for long enough until someone opens the door :(
highly disappointed with service.. the service boy not care about our table . he was only focus on other table.. not much crowd. long waiting time and mushroom biryani taste is pathetic. meals is good. but not satisfied with mutton and mushroom biryani.
Not worth for the amount. You have to inform prior for hot water for bath as there is not even a heater in room. Rooms are bit old and not worth for the amount and you can find better hotels nearby. First time seen wifi voucher concept of 1gb in this 5g era...!!!
Must visit restaurant with children's play areas and ample car parking, sumptuous food and great location.
The rooms were just fine but the staff could have been a bit more professional when it comes to service, but nothing surprising for most parts of India.
The food is really good, I like to have lunch in a bell restaurant. AC / Non AC both options are available. After 3.30 pm they closed the restaurant.
Bathrooms are salty floors . Flush in toilet is not working well. Need to improve hygiene. Edit: thank you for the response, stayed in 119 on 15th-16th March.
