Exceptional Stay with Outstanding Service. I have had the pleasure of staying at this property multiple times over the past few months, and each visit has been nothing short of wonderful! The service remains exceptional from check-in to check-out, with the staff always warm, welcoming, and eager to assist. The property is well maintained and conveniently located near several IT companies, making it an excellent choice for business travelers. The breakfast spread is great--an impressive selection of Indian vegetarian and local delicacies. The rooms are comfortable, well-appointed, and perfect for a relaxing stay. Room service is prompt, and while the food is delicious, the pricing is slightly on the higher side. Overall, this hotel continues to be my preference with its top-notch service and hospitality. I look forward to staying here again and highly recommend it to others!

I had an absolutely wonderful and comfortable stay here! Everything from the facilities to the service exceeded my expectations. The swimming pool and gym were well-maintained and perfect for relaxation and workouts. The food was consistently delicious, and we were even treated to a special dinner and cake that made our experience feel extra special. A big shoutout to Manager Jitendra, who was incredibly helpful and attentive--he promptly resolved any issues we had with a professional and friendly attitude. Lifeguard Nikunj was also very courteous and made sure everyone felt safe and comfortable at the pool. Overall, a very pleasurable stay that I would highly recommend to anyone looking for comfort, great amenities, and exceptional hospitality.

We had a wonderful family stay at Novotel SIPCOT, and I can't recommend it enough! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism. Ritvik and Rishi at the front office were truly excellent. They made our check-in process smooth and were very attentive to our needs. The housekeeping service was exceptional as well. Our room was always spotless, and the team made sure we had everything we needed, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The attention to detail was impressive, and we felt very well taken care of throughout our stay. Also special mention for Mr Shankar AS - the security manager who was perfect in taking care of our needs. Overall, Novotel SIPCOT exceeded our expectations in every way, and we will definitely be returning for future family trips!

Was here for a personal trip with family and the team ensured our stay was extremely comfortable. New rooms and location. We had a breakfast package and the restaurant staff suggested we carry some food along to help our journey. Liked the hospitality. Everything was great. They even gave me a complimentary drinks coupon for 2 drinks of any choice and any place. However, the restaurant did not accept the same during billing mentioning it had different terms.

We had a wonderful lunch at Novotel. Amazing food, variety of item's especially desserts. OMG, so many dessert varieties and everything stood out, salads, main course, special mention to fish pozhichal, mutton pulav, prawn bbq, Salmon sushi , mango dessert and almond choco pudding.. oh the list goes on. And the service was top notch especially Kajal, she was to good. Great place for a feast with family

At Novotel Sipcot, Chennai it was excellent stay. The staff was helpful greeted and took care of any needs when I asked. Prerona from front desk made a easy check out with pleasant smile. Dilliraj from Room service took care of a small malfunction with bathroom. At dining, Ali assisted really well with food and consistently checked if there was anything else needed or anything special to be made. Shiva who provided a grilled sandwich of the day on the go cart. Saroj (security) at the exit door was very humble and pleasant in assisting with luggage Overall it was pleasant and nice experience. Good location, great food, good staff. GYM is amazing. If you are Gym person they have all you need

Priyanka and Mubin Razia are well-trained ,caring and helpful staff in the restaurant. Always cheerful and active,enjoyed their excellent service. As for food it is tasty,especially dosa preparation, but morning buffet does not have much variety if you are staying for more than 1 week. Good to change fruits/sweets variety each 2 days at least. Reception guys Gardener is a wonderful person, maintains trees,small kitchen garden with love. Security guards are professional. Nice clean cabs on your disposal all the time. Housekeeping team My colleague recommended this hotel,so it was good decision to choose it, once metro construction is over,more convenience to stay here.

The hospitality truly stood out, making my stay comfortable and enjoyable. A special mention to Mubin and sai, who provided outstanding service. His professionalism, friendly attitude, and attention to detail made my dining experience even better. He ensured everything was perfect and went above and beyond to make guests feel welcome.
