JMA Garden Resorts

I was a bit hesitant to book looking at the ratings but when we went there the ratings related worries were blown away. Very warm reception, good lawn + karaoke music, excellent food (b'fast, dinner), ample parking space and clean bathrooms. Above all unobtrusive behaviour of staff. We a group of friends had great fun at the resort. Thank you JMA.

The location is good. The climate is very good. Every where green vegetation. Road upto the main place is good. Less traffic. Regarding the resort is located and constructed very good. The rooms were neat, tidy and well furnished. The bathroom is neat with hot water. But the flooring of the bathroom is not laid properly. There is stagnation of water below the wash basin. If we order food they prepare good food. I have ordered dosa with sambar and chatni which was very good. They have charged me Rs.1800/- . Check out time is 12 noon. They don't provide complementary break fast, dental kid or even towel. For this the rent seems to me is high . Service of the people there was very good.

I have visited the resort on weekday with families and kids. Even we book the resort 1 moth before and we payed advance as well. After reached the resort they are charging the hidden deposit Rs. 500 per Room. But no where mentioned about the deposit, even we had call comunication more then 10 times. Receptionist behaviour was very worst. We denied to pay the deposit so they treat very worst . Food is very costly. They are not delivering the food in Room .. if they are that much consern about the breakage they should keep the room clean . I saw many damages and pillows are not clean it has fungus on the cover . Worst experience ever

Think twice before you plan to stay in this property as rooms are okay and lacks cleanliness in terms of remains of used toiletry items of previous guest kept unattended. Foods served were okay without any variety. Took long time to serve food due to manpower shortage. Self service is the best way to get rid of time constraints if any. Room rents are cheaper compared to other property but price of food is exorbitant not worthy of it. Management needs to improve manpower and can improve tastiness of the food served.

The room rent is quite okay compared with the other resorts here. The food was good - quality, quantity and taste was good. We will have to pay extra for the food, no complimentary food, no additional amenities like towel and soap. But the rooms and the lawn area were neat and clean. Good option for an overnight stay. Overall the ambiance was pleasant to stay.

This resort is located in the entrance of sirumalai and views from here will be beautiful. Twin bed rooms and four bedroom are available here. Food will be provided on request. We booked a twin bed room and the stay was very pleasant. For kids play area also provided. Ample car parking space also available
