Actually it should negative 3 stars since it's not there am selecting one Had stayed in the hotel on 26th April 2025 at Room No 102 and one of the worst hotel in the prime location would suggest not to opt for these hotels even though revised ratings shows some other ratings. Check the ratings date. Really wondering when they will provide a service for the amount they collect shower never worked,,, moreover AC never worked as as if though it's working perfectly the hotel demands that it's a 3 Star hotel. It's not even an 1 star .. It should be negative stars. Made several complaints to the reception still the same service and the AC never worked whole day. The AC was kept at 18 decc still oy hot air pumped.

Worst maintanance Full of bed bugs Cant even sleep in the night. Ac Problem, Bathroom Is also Problem No proper beding I fell down Twice in one night. They changed 2 room in the mid-night when i complainted But In every room There is same situation Full

The hotel is not up to it standard as 3 star hotel. There is no proper basics needs given to stay in the room . Cleaniness is low but staffs were very accommodating. Breakfast is not up to par and only had idly & uppuma.

Value for money. Spacious Rooms. toilets and rooms were clean and neat. Polite and we'll behaved staff. Food served by the restaurant was tasty and Homely. Recommended for stay with friends and family.

AC is not working properly so we asked another room in that room also AC is not working properly morning tiffin is not good Overall 3 star hotel money they are getting from us is waste

It is one of the worstest Hotel..The following are the reasons 1.Untidy Rooms ( No value for Room Rent) 2.Poor Quality AC 3.Very Worst Room Service 4.Very Worst Response

I entered for lunch on the way. Ordered for pulav and requested for hot water to drink. Even after getting food i didn't get hot water. On Tuesday night i came for dinner hoping that everything would be available. Initially they said no north indian food. Hence we ordered south indian. While receiving they said pulka with grave is available. We ordered 2 set pulla and panneer gravy. After 10min they again came and said pulka and gravy was not available. There is some issue between restaurant and kitchen. Unless it's sortexout this is going to continue. Even today pulav was full of oil.
