Royale Inn

1. Its a hospital and not a regular hotel. 2. Spirit smell in room... Blood stains in the cot and pillow. 3. Worst part is... you can reach your room only by entering the hospital reception where you can patients been admitted...seems they do accommodate patients when the rooms are not occupied by traveller. 4. Overall, i rate this as a third rated accommodation... those who wish to have peacefulness, kindly avoid Royal Inn of Sirkazhi.

Hotel is actually annexed to a hospital and looks like certain hospital rooms converted to lodging accommodation. Rooms are very small and not comfortable even for couple. Bathrooms are very narrow. Rooms are snug and congested. Cleanliness wise worst, looks like a public toilet. Even bedsheet also not enough,, AC not working good, brush paste soaps not provided.. very worst don't prefer to anyone

Not worth for money. Hospital & lodge in the same building rooms smells like medicines no wifi facility etc..

The rooms were good but toilets were very small.water heater was available.the rooms were small but overall in a main location and safe hotel.

1* hotel. No lobby. No siting chair and table in room. 8x10 ft room for bed and bathroom. Very very congested. Hospital in Ground floor. No good veg food in and around hotel for 3 km.

1. The entrance from the car parking side is not allowed to be used by guests. But near the entrance the width is so small that you cannot open doors and unload people or luggage. You are forced to carry luggage around to the entrance from the car park. I had old people and handicapped people in the party and they are also forced to walk around. The staff were just looking at a handicapped person walking the long distance whereas if the car park side door was opened it could be one third of the distance too reach the room. 2. Rooms are tiny and absolutely no moving space. A chair is provided but you can not place it anywhere. 3. The front desk is shared between hospital and the lodge. The staff are completely indifferent and in no mood to provide any service. 4. I asked for extra bed. It is not provided and they did not even know that I had asked for one between different shift people. Absolutely no communication. 5. Attached and too close to an hospital is a great disadvantage. You have to cross some of the hospital practice rooms to reach your room. Very unsafe if you are a tourist especially with the in-hospital infections increasing after coronavirus. Absolutely avoid a stay here.

You can sense hospital smell across lobby. Only advantage is this place is at walkable distance from bus stand. Strictly recommended only for single travellers for a overnight stay. Anything beyond will give you a feel of being admitted in hospital.
