FabHotel Joy's Residency - Hotel in Singanallur, Coimbatore

This place deserves minus stars! Customers should be paid to stay in this hotel and not the other way around! We booked 3 rooms but before checking we were "requested" to adjusted in 2 rooms despite the booking confirmed! One of the most ridiculous stays ever! Absolutely disgusting rooms, dirtiest possible washrooms, the rooms were as stinky as they come! The staff was rude! No drinking water, no towels, no fresh linen, no dustbins, the toilet was not cleaned, no water in the toilets. Fake pictures of the rooms was shared at the time of booking! No breakfast (obviously)!! If this is the quality of fabHotels, everyone should delete the app and never ever use FabHotels! The name of the hotel was Ark Residency not Joy's residency

Worst hotel ever, There was no board saying the hotel is run by FabHotels. The staff refused to let me even enter the place, saying we don't care about your booking, after I entered they gave me this absolutely horrendous room which was left uncleaned for ages, infested with pests and cockroaches, there is a literal liquor store in front of the hotel and the smell of liquor reaches every room. This place is completely unsafe especially for women. There is no water in the bathroom taps, no amenity provided actually works, the bedsheets haven't been cleaned for ages. I have never in my life stayed in a worse hotel than this. You're better off living on the roads rather than booking this hotel.

Very bad experiences I faced in my history of journey. Room was not clean. Not have clean pillows /beds. No proper maintenance, water facility is not available. Phone not working. Cockroaches are there is toilets. Hotel full of bad smell. Not feeling hygienic to stay. I request Fab has to validate the hotel for consideration further booking

Worst experience ever. Absolutely disgusting rooms and washrooms are horrible. The geyser didn't work.Not at all maintained. Not even worth paying 300 bucks for a night. I have stayed in hostels which are a lot better than this. The bedsheets and pillow covers have become yellowish. After all this we had to pay extra because we were a little late to checkout, though no other bookings were there. The manager is absolutely uncooperative, rude and uncouth.

Worst experience ever I had in my life on a stay. Horrible stay and I felt rooms, bedcovers, pillow covers, duvet and duvet cover where uncleaned for ages. I request to change those but again they provided cover which are used already smells bad. Completely uncleaned room and bathroom, Smells horrible. And in common hall has very strong smoking smell always I felt difficult to breathe. The people work there doesn't care about the property.

Worst experience ever. There is no board mentioning it was run by FabHotel and this is Joy's residency. Disgusting rooms, bad smells and horrible washrooms. The bedsheets and pillow covers were dirty and yellowish. The one at reception was uncooperative and rude. This place is not safe for family, which is 100% against the FABHOTEL declaration 100% safe. My trust in FabHotel is gone.

My worst experience with FabHotel. I had booked a room from 14th Feb to 16th Feb 2023. My plan was to check in early morning on 15th Feb and this was well informed to the customer care. I reached the property at 5.20 am. First of all, there is no board of FabHotel anywhere. It took couple of minutes to match the building with what is shown in some of the images i Google. I then stepped in and knocked the door several times, but no response. There was a reception mobile number written on a board outside. Tried calling that several times, but again no response at all. After all these unsuccessful actions, I called up the customer care again. Now it was their turn. They put my call on hold for atleast 10 minutes trying to reach out the property. Finally they also surrendered. The solution that was given to me was they can shift me to another property. From 5.20 am to 6.20 am, i was in front of FabHotel Joy's Residency. These kind of properties need to be removed from the list. I have requested for a cancellation and refund. Only God knows if I will receive the refund. Overall a pathetic experience with FabHotel for the very first time.

It was the worst experience. The amenities claimed on website are zero here. Basic facilities like water also has shortage. The staff is so rude and inconsiderate. Not worth even review. the rooms are dirty and toilets are filthy. Wont recommend to anyone. Waste of money. A shady place.
