Refused to accept the booking confirmation provided by Agoda. Had challenges to look for alternative options, when really pressed for time. Highly recommend to avoid choosing this to getting into last minute surprises and to protect your time and plans.

The room is small but enough for 2 people. The room and bathroom was clean. But there is no kettle or geyser. The staff there is not responding totally. The person is not even comes out of his room. Even at the time of check in, he simply gave the key from his room. Didnt provided hot water for bathing.

I stayed at Cruze Residency in Coimbatore and had a terrible experience. There were cockroaches, unclean beds, dysfunctional washrooms, and the AC wasn't working. The staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. Despite booking two rooms through Oyo, they claimed only one was available and refused responsibility, telling us to contact Oyo customer care. After realizing we had already paid via the Oyo app, they begrudgingly provided two rooms. Overall, it was a horrible experience; it felt more like Cockroach Residency than Cruze Residency.

The room was comfortable and clean, with all the amenities I needed for a pleasant stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating to any request I had. Special mention goes to the housekeeping team for keeping the room spotless during my stay. The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to all the local attractions and restaurants. Overall, I had a fantastic experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

The management of the place is awful. They not only didn't have the room that we booked but we had to go to another (unsanitary) hotel AND pay extra money for the rooms even though we made all the money that was asked. Do not recommend this place at all, especially if you're traveling to coimbatore and don't have contacts in the city.

The location is far from where it is posted. I am a girl and i was standing in the middle of the road for more than 45 minutes asking random people about the hotel and even residential people does not know a hotel like this exists. I tried calling the property but no one picked up for a long time. Please do not stay in this room if you are traveling with family or women. Its just men there and does not seem safe at all. The building was into a small way and did not have a board or mark that it was part of Oyo. The men working there was smoking while i went to inform of something. I hate the room. As soon as I entered, i noticed the sheets were not changed. It looked used and dirty. There were spots of blood on the floor and on the sheets. The bathroom looked ugly and cobs webs on the wall. This is really bad and no one deserves to stay in such a place. I left the room within 3 hours but they still demanded that i have to pay 1,500. I denied and after sometime they agreed. They did not even try to make me stay.

Worst experience, booked thru Oyo but staff at reception said we don't accept Oyo bookings and I have to pay 900 seperately. But the room facility is too bad, there is no mirror, and facilities in bathroom is worst

It is having noisy fans and no lift. No regulator in fan. Atmosphere is not good. Guests roam in the gallery. Feels like a hostel. It is located quite far from main road. Avoid it.
