I had a truly pleasant and relaxing stay at this beautiful hotel nestled in the serene surroundings of Valparai. The peaceful natural environment was the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. The rooms were cozy, clean, and offered stunning views of the greenery around. A special shoutout to Tony, whose warm hospitality and friendly nature made the stay even more memorable. He was incredibly helpful throughout, always available with a smile and great local recommendations. If you're looking for a quiet retreat in nature with top-notch service, this is the place to be. It's a beautiful place with chirping of birds all around .. We had a very pleasant stay with good hospitality from the staff. I recently stayed at this beautiful villa in Valparai, and it was an unforgettable experience. The location is simply stunning -- surrounded by lush greenery, misty hills, and absolute peace. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained with all modern amenities. The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We especially loved waking up to the sounds of birds and enjoying tea with breathtaking views.

We friends went and stay at Eden Villa Resort in Valparai. We had a good and peace time spent with and had an enjoyable trip and memorable one. Resort maintaining is very good and staff services also notable one. Only we had issue with communication between staff and customer. This is just my suggestions that keep your resorts with professional manner. Like need to keep following things for better environment and friendly stay. Need Dustbin with disposal cover, Food Menu Card with condition in each rooms (mention common food items with price tag - if possible), proper training to housekeeping with basic services & keep refrigerator (small) for regular needs.

We had inquired beforehand, and they assured us they had WiFi, decent rooms, and good network facilities. Trusting their word, we checked online, booked a 3-day stay, and even paid the full amount in advance. But when we arrived, reality hit us hard. There was no proper service--no food, no WiFi, and even the toilets were in terrible condition. We immediately raised our concerns with the owner, expecting at least a reasonable response. Instead, they dismissed us, saying, "This is how it is. Just adjust." Exhausted and completely disappointed, we decided to check out immediately. But that's when things got worse. They never informed us about any cancellation policy, refused to refund our money, and left us stranded in the middle of the night with no help or information. We were literally out on the streets, abandoned and cheated. It was one of the worst experiences we've ever had--terrible service, false promises, and absolute negligence. If you're considering this stay, please think twice. Do yourself a favor and look for better accommodations nearby. Avoid this place at all costs.
