MOHAN'S RESORT

Nice place to stay. But it is too costly for the service they provided. Once we check in thereafter no room service will be provided, but they charge 6000 per night with no complementary food or coffee. We booked for two days one day down the hill and other day at top of hill. To reach the hill we need to use resort jeep only since it was private. Even if we book the room at hill top 6000 per night but they won't provide complementary jeep service for Pickup and drop. They charge 4000 for pickup and drop too worst. Rooms at hill top is below average. Food provided is average but they charge it like A2B. It's not worthy to the amount we pay. We only get the sugar coated word's from Owner about the resort and place but it is totally unworthy with zero activities, whatever service we ask it will be charged heavily like Campfire they charge 2000. From the falls water they prepare a tea name it as herbal tea and charge 35 for one. Private falls is not only to those who book and stay. It is rented for external people's also. Even after we booked the room we are forced to leave the falls in sort time for external peoples. Such a money minded and over hyped resort with below average room and food.

We stayed from 9nov24 to 11nov24. The location is fantastic. Easy accessible to private falls. Ideal for family and group stay. Food is tasty and also healthy. Food is so homely and hygenic. The owner is a kind person. Suggestion for rooms improvement: Netlon can be fixed so that we guests can keep door opened and enjoy fresh air.

Best resort in Tenkasi district. Mohan Sir is very humble and he treat guests as a family. Food price is little high but worth for its taste. Private natural waterfall is accessible 24hrs. Rooms are well maintained. Highly recommended.

Excellent place and Mr. Mohan owner of the resort was so kind and helpful. Resort is having mountains and rivers n water falls. They make all arrangements to pick up and drop n sight seeing. I strongly recommend my friends and relatives to stay in Mohan Resorts Tenkasi.

Here they have two types of cottages 1st type is like on the road itself accessible by regular four wheeler and the 2nd type is park the car in their premises, then a 15 minutes drive in their jeep to reach the cottage. Both types have a private falls.1st type is well suited for elderly people & families.2nd type is for bachelor's & also for the younger families team.They have kitchens in both & non veg food was good.vegetarian was there but I din't try but must be good.

Location is nice...but rooms are not that much neat ..no room service available...insects are peeping into the room...lizard leeches like that...we have to clearn our room by ourselves...it ll be better if they concentrate on room service and cleanliness...price is little bit high when compared to the quality of the rooms

Silence & nature blended property it is . Property entirely surrounded by mountains & you feel so good to be attached with nature. There will be no PPL other than you & your gang + 1 cook. Though it's good so tht no pple will be there to disturb, it's vice versa too . So better have some basic medical stuffs with you in case of emergency. Our vehicle will be parked in their resort on panpoli , after tht they will take you in Jeep to reach the property in the middle of mountain, Jeep ride takes around 15-20 mins, bit thrilling it was. Cook made food which we ordered , it was tasty Here comes disadvantages * The jeep driver drops you in the property & will leave & cook person alone will be with you in his room , once we checked in we saw the room was neat but there were no blankets. You can't ask anybody to arrange now too. *Get lot of snacks & drinks & sweets & savouries if so you are a foodie, because once you go there , you can't come down without jeep , we went without any snacks & felt so bad. The cook Anna cooks basic dishes ( taste was good), but no tea , coffee , snacks & all, you can't buy anything there since there in no shop *Food was so pricey ....we ordered poori morning & once checkout I was shocked on price of poori . 1 poori = 85rs ....it was pagalkollai *Safety measures required

Rooms are near and clean; not so luxury but one of the bests in the city. Bits expensive, food is decent; remember to make the order upfront; We are visiting this place for past 6-7 years. Property has developed a lot; private falls by an off-road Jeep safari is must try.
